OK!, everyone knows how shity this game, and every time I play it I find something completly new to LOL about, your job if to post the funniest LOL in you have ran into in this game, I'll start.
so, im lagging through that water level(lybrinth sumething w\e) and im under water, with zero lives, and I hit those spear things and I die x.x so im listening to the gameover noise and near the middle of the gameover music... OMG IT STARTS PLAYING THE "UR BOUT TO RUN OUTA AIR SONG" and it even showed that count down!!!!!?!11 WTF!

o ya, and whats up with spring yard boss were you can hit him while he's in the air >.< thats just dumb and you can beat him without him taking a single block away.

hmm I got quit a few things to pick on, alright, in final zone you can get smashed just pushing on a piston >.>, in the part were he's running back in green hill ... it lags...omg... also in final zone, you can pretty much jump from the ground and hit the roof. sonic's slow in the water, slow + lag = go have lunch and come back. hmm aw great sonic's in this game im going to buy it, nah most of the time it's glitched and he's not on the screen. ok, damn I just hit a wall doesn't matter *stays going the same speed*

You can hit him when hes in the air on regular Sonic 1.
As for the crappiest thing that happened while playing this game, I guess my brain liquifying and oozing out of my ears counts.

There are tons of things. I tried it only a little on an emulator...
*starts emulator*
"SEGAA-" <----clipped sound sample like out of Sonic Blast!?!?!?
Then, this flat title screen comes up, and it's not animated or anything.
And then, I start the game to find out that it runs at about 70% speed, which was even
worse than I expected.
And it's all glitchy and uneven, and the background is flickering and disappearing.
And then, the most crappiest and most funniestest part is probably right at the end of the first act:

*music plays: "da-da-DAAA-da da-da-DAAA-da..."*
*background flickers on and off with near-perfect timing to match the music: (0 for off, and 1 for on)
"0-1-0000-1 0-1-0000-1 0-1-0000-11111-0-1-0-1110101010101010101"
(It's hard to explain, but basically, it turns on or off with each note, and on the last note, it flickers rapidly and steadily.)

here's another random beef, what happened to debug mode? and level select (ya, iknow you can choose your level without that but whats the fun?) but the main is lack of debug, and think about it if it lags like hell without, think about it with, hehehe your cartridge would pull an aqua team hunger force (random explosions)

The worst thing about STH (GBA)? It's existance, need I say more doods. Its mere existince the way it is now could be considered a felony against good taste. In fact, I'm considering nominating the act of forcing some one to play this game for status as a form of torture under the Geneva Conventions.

future emerald challenge- beat sonic 1 GBA with out making it lag, if it lags you may die and start the level over. also you must beat the game in under 25 mins real time.
