Title: why can't I upload videos to TSC?

this makes absolutely no sense, everytime I try, it will load for about 10 minutes as if it is uploading it properly, but when it finishes it takes me back to the submission screen(select a game) and never actually uploads it. Occasionally it will upload the video, but will say "not found" on the video page(this happened with my GH 25.47)

SM said the server can't handle filenames with ! in them or something like that(which is what happened to my GH I assume)  so I stopped using !'s, but it does what I posted above, takes me to the submission screen and never actually uploads anything.

Since myfilehut is for what I can tell dead, and all the other upload sites suck, i'm kinda stuck here without being able to upload anything.

anyone got a clue as to what the problem is? :/

Chances are Rolken didn't change the upload limit to a higher limit.  This seems to happen whenever TSC moves to a new server (from what I've heard).

that's odd though, it's always done the same thing before and after the server change(which is why I ever used filehut to begin with) the videos usually averaged from 14-20mb, so I can't understand why they would be over the limit seeing as psyknux's cosmic wall video is 21mb, yet it's directly uploaded... /confusion

I'm not sure.  I tried uploading an 8MB Shadow vid and I got the same thing.

I thought the limit was 2 MB

Before the site went down, it was 10MB.

Upload limit changed to 25 MB.

It took me a while to figure out how to change it, since HostGator uses PHP as a CGI instead of mod_php (which, strangely, is the reason why DreamHost failed - yet for some reason, HostGator works fine :o )

I have site admin powers too, it's only a matter of knowing the FTP password. :P
