I am wondering is there any way for users to deleate there own topics they make? I just want to know so if I want to deleate my own topic I can like my noob topics I made before I want them to be gone and forgoten.

After the last post, look on the left side.  Is there a "Delete Topic" button?  If so, use it.  If not, then only a moderator will be able to remove the topic.

There's always option 2 in any case: don't make dumb topics.
