I take the records as reference

i cant make better than 2min in the act 3 ^^, u made an impressive time :) and for act 2, your time is 10 sec better ... how did you do that ?

In act 3, one of the walls has a secret passage you can go through, scoring a 1-Up along the way.  For the best time, you'll want to jump completely over the room with the 1-Up, though.

In all of Marble Zone, the lava is nothing more than a prop.  Sometimes you want to use it (for example, the absolute suicide run in act 1), other times you just want to avoid it (which can be difficult while going fast).  Also consider things like the upward boost you get from running into the underside of spiked weights, which allows you to make some jumps sooner than you would normally be able to.

Basically, that zone is one big lesson in "Sometimes it's good to get hit."

Yeah i found that in act 1, can t get the record without that ^^ (lava and spikes) but i think there is something more ... i'll find what ^^

I would not advocate it in the 2nd zone.

What about the ending, with all those spike weights?  It's hell to stay alive through all that, but if you can get around it, there's definitely time saved by taking some hits there.  This does imply bypassing the invincibility.

The invisibility means you can do it more quickly. You can get on TOP of the first spiked platform, and jump through the spikes of the 2nd, and over the 3rd, as well as running through caterpillars safely.
