Besides,I just don't like to read incredebly long posts. Which marth types almost all the time.

So err, Sonic825 appearantly has no idea what the "modify" button does
and thinks that quote + four sentences is "incredibly long, despite having written a longer post simply to Complain about the length of Marth's posts.
Marth-for the first few months you were here, I thought F-Man had changed his nick and gotten more boring.
I'm like F-Man??? (Okay, you just paid him a big compliment. :P
(Just kidding. I hope no one thought I'd seriously say something like that.))
So... if you're posting this in the criticism thread, does that mean that being like F-Man is a bad thing?
Or does it mean that F-Man's excitingness is the only thing that stops you from saying negative things about him?

I wasen't talking about that one.I'm talking about the times he's posted really long posts. And I'm still trying to figure out how to qoute things so don't critisize if this comes out wrong.

I'd like to bring a few sane points, if I may. Sonic825, we specialise in competitive single-player gaming. That means a lot of studying, strategising and many, many failed attempts. This means the average TSCer has a long attention span, or at least the ability to concentrate on one thing for more than ten seconds. People are hardly likely to stop posting a whole 4 lines just for your benefit.
Furthermore, we value quality posts. Check out our constitution (left hand menu, under "Site Info"). Specifically rule 4 of the Forum Rules.
If you’re pressing Submit on your third one-liner in a row, you might want to stop and think about the quality of what you’re posting.
Finally, given that the activities we partake in require at least some attention (and you've declared that you basically don't even have enough to watch one of our videos, let alone read a guide or compete), I'd like to know exactly what it is you're after from TSC.

Ok. That is IT!!!!!!! Let me clear up some stuff for you douglas. 1.I would watch some videos. But there is something wrong with my Windows media player. 2.I have read some guides. And 3.I can pay attention. I just made that an excuse because I just don't like it when Marth posts long stuff. Same thing with Knuckles_Sonic8.It's just that I don't like to read really long posts. So just Shut Up.

Have you tried watching in VLC (http://videolan.org) instead of Windows Media Player?
I like to write long posts. Fortunately for you, this isn't one of them.

Marth doesn't even do long posts.
I've seen actual long posts before, which I'd say averaged 3000 words. Was it an hassle to read them? Not at all.

1.I can read long things.It's just that I don't choose to read them unless they intrest me.2,I haven't tried to watch videos on VLC. 3.Sometimes Marth does type long things.sometimes. That should clear things up. Now I have to log out.

Douglas, there are way too many obvious conclusions.
1. The obvious one that you're probably hinting at that's so obvious I won't say it.
2. He still can't find the "modify" button so he artificially increases his postcount (which doesn't really matter anyways, but some morons think it does).
3. You can piss him off even more just by typing long posts.
It's generally the case that long posts say a lot more things than short posts. (An exception would be RPG's "artificial inflation" of posts some time ago.) But look at some of the things you get from long posts. First, maturity. Long, sensible posts make you look like less of an idiot. Second, longer posts add insight to the discussion at hand, from clarifications to new (sometimes opposing viewpoints) to simple overviews. In short, long, sensible posts > short, choppy, stupid, pointless, annoying messages. (Otherwise known as SPAM.)
I mean c'mon. I'm a general anti-spam junkie when it comes to message boards. (And in general too. Even the "food" to an extent.) Sure, I'll joke around at times, but I consider doing something pointless and stupid (including one-liners or two... collections of letters -- I'd hardly say "er" or "lol" are words, but I'm just making an observation) just not worth my effort. If it takes me longer to load the page than it does to type the message, well, See 4.
(Suggestion: Rule 13: If it takes longer to load the page after pressing "Submit" than it does to type what you're saying, See 4.)
So yeah I definitely just pissed the guy off. (EDIT: But my Message Board Theory in a nutshell.)

1. I split it, Douglas isn't a mod.
2. Why do you always put these damn spaces. If it's to start a new line, there's no way that could work as there is such a thing as different window sizes. Plus, you know the return key? It's the big one there:
