Title: Practice S3&K runs for SDA

Until I get Sonic Mega Collection (and I'll probably rent it to save me the trouble) this is what I'm limited to. I'll post the Gens+ files as soon as I finish the respective runs (they're for my own reference, and to give you a bit of a sneak peek of what to expect).

You're gonna enjoy these, trust me. ;)

Aw, I was hoping for under 1:20 on MH2. :(

Didn't watch past SD1 though because I really wanna do Gamma on SADX. And I wanna play S3K myself though.

Didn't even know about that glitch in MG2... >_>

Completed Sonic earlier today:

Just the one death on FB1... which I really don't like, but it'll do for the purposes of this exercise.

Apart from a couple of crappy mistakes, and the omission of the Leap of Faith, this is the best of the three and won't see as much improvement.

...Not that I could even beat it in that time yet. >_> (Then again, I haven't done that screenwrap thing either. >_>

That Sonic run was a bit of a comedy of errors, wasn't it? >_>

All good fun to watch though. I certainly didn't know of that trick for Knux in MG2 either (shows that I never played this game to any serious level).

Download Gens+ Emulator and then go to Play Input Movie and select the movie and there ya go.

EDIT: Also, get the Sonic 3 and Knuckles ROM that mike is using, I think it has to be the exact version as his.

Yea, I used the ROMs and Emulators from the SO Game Pack, I think mike did as well. :o

No glitches used on that level at all, actually :O I remember at least one in your last run. Had a change of heart?

Wow, i just watched the Knuckles Run from the first post and i can´t wait to see the final versions of this on SDA!

Guess i´ll have to watch the Sonic and Tails runs this afternoon too :-)
