I could probably have done it myself but I have no internet access right now and I had to use my cousin's which is crap (as in bad internet bad computer) so I was scared to even try getting into FTP.

Also I won't be on the chat much for a little while. :(

Does this mean I can legally submit a ring count greater than 999 for Marble Garden 1 Sonic?

Probably, but you'll have to keep track of all of your Rings because you won't be able to see an amount after 999 (unless you are able to see your complete total at the end level score). In SADX you can see 1000+ Rings on the level select, dispite the in level Ring counter.

Nowhere in S3 does it display the true 4-digit ring total (even the ring bonus is stuck at 99900).  SA(DX) is the only game I know of that does, so it's the only game that gets maxlength of 4.
