Title: What games are we currently playing?

Since we're all gamers, it would be interesting to discuss what game's we're currently playing.
The games I've been playing during the past week:
1. Mega Man X Collection. Just got this last Friday. I've found MMX1-4 to be fun, but MMX6 is the bad egg of the collection, although Nightmare Zero is cool. I'm going through the process of finishing MMX1-3 to obtain the unlockable game.
2. Tales of Legendia. A good RPG in its own right, but it doesn't quite measure up to Tales of Symphonia.
3. Gun Star Super Heroes. I never owned a Sega system until 2001, so I was wasn't aware of the original Gun Star Heroes until long after it was released. Based on what I heard about the original, I made getting this game one of my top priorities when I had the time to do so. I highly recommend this for anyone who's a fan of action games and doesn't mind a good challenge.

For PS2, I'm playing Chessmaster and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. For Gamecube, I'm playing Mario Party 7.

Right now, i'm playing Kirby's superstar, but the thing is i'm playing it on emulation(eh oh well). The game is soooo awsome!!! I recomend this game to all kirby fans! [attachmentid=36][attachmentid=36]


Oh yes forgot to add last night, with kirby's superstar,i've almost beaten it for the third time now!Story wise........

I remember that game. IIRC Kirby Super Star was hard to find in the U.S. I've managed to beat the Arena game only using the Suplex power. Plasma was extremely overpowered though. The fastest time I remember clearing Arena with that ability was around 6'30". There was even a trick that allowed players to fight Metaknight with something other than the sword. (Used it to keep suplex for that battle.)

I'm currently playing:

MegaMan X Collection. I've already beaten X1-5 so far on the disk and just started playing X6 today. I've tried Battle and Chase and it's actually not that bad, I haven't played it much, but it's a crappier Mario Kart, but it's still not bad

MegaMan Zero 1. I'm getting really annoyed and frustrated with it. I've already beaten this game numerous times, but I went for a S Rank Speed run. I'm currently up to the last stage and I just can't seem to S Rank it. I get 20s and 15s in all the categories except Damage. Copy X is a damn bitch to beat, very annoying. I hate haveing to do all that work on the 8 bosses and then get pwned by fucking Copy X. Agh...

EDIT: Also, I've finally defeated Copy X today without dying within the stage and I wind up getting a damn A Rank with 87p. I maxxed out all other categories but I got 2 damn points for Damage. Agh, it's so annoying. I'm about to quit this silly run.

Glad to say, that's all. Games aren't really my thing anymore.

EDIT2: Heh, forgot to say that I've played Kirby Super Star. One of my friends owns the original cart. It's quite fun, but I've played better. It was a lot better than Kirby 64 though. I really wanna try out Dreamland 3.

Well, most of my gaming has been TAing in SAdva3 and Sonic 2, obviously. >_>

Though I've also been playing NHL '06 (PS2) and occasionally Mario Kart DS. Still no dongle yet though. :(

waiting for my copy of Devil May Cry: Special Edition to get here (which I hope will provide as many hours as the original did), its just been MMXC, Burnout 3, We Love Katamari, MMAC, GTA: Vice City.

MMXC:  Trying my damnest to fathom the abomination that is MMX6.  God, I'm glad when I heard this game wasn't even supposed to be made and what made it worse was it wasn't even authorized to be made.  The game is terrible and when I hear the excuse of this supposedly being hard...I hear it as an excuse.  DMC is hard...this game is just a giant headache.  Other than that, I have beaten every other game except for Battle and Chase...I cant stand that easy as hell Mario Kart rip.

Burnout 3:  Gotten 100% sometime last week and just hitting the tracks on Time Attack and trying not the crash as much. (Which is easier said than done)

We Love Katamari:  Done everything I wanted including 1 million roses (I did it yoshifan).  I should really go ahead and super-clear this 1 stage, but dammit its tough...especially when you dont know what your looking for :/  Other than that, just doing some personal records.

MMAC:  Playing MM1, 2, and 3 mostly...still fun after the experience of the X series

Vice City:  Finishing my 2nd attempt at a 100% file after the first had gone horribly wrong at some point where icons and shit started disappearing...maybe its my damn garages that are eating my data instead of cars...  Odd thing is part 3 and San Andreas went so well with 100%

My main games currently are Dead or Alive 4, Final Fantasy X-2, and a couple of new Xbox Live Arcade games (namely Geometry Wars and Smash TV). Of course there are games that I kinda regularly play all the time anyway... and I recently got Gems Collection, which I load up time to time... and a game I got but haven't played and have never heard of, something like Bujingai Swordmaster or something I dunno.

I hear that DMC3 Special Edition's difficulty is closer the Japanese version of DMC3 (the US normal difficulty was like Japan's hard mode).

Baten Kaitos - About 15 hours in, story is generic but the battle system is interesting.
MKDS - Working on Grand Prix off-and-on, got 1 star ranking so far.
AC:WW - Two side rooms and all the snowman stuff :D Four fossils left...
Billy Hatcher - I'm ehh on this game, only played it about 5 hours, dunno how far I'll go.
Feel the Magic - Slowly working through hell mode...
Mario & Luigi DS - Pretty close to the end, don't play that often but slowly progressing.
Phoenix Wright - One of the best DS games I own. Gonna start the fifth case after flyby finishes the second.

PS1:

Bottom of the 9th - possibly the worst baseball game every created, with pathetic commentary and laughable mocap.  But it's fun to play.
Crash 1 and 3 - Crash is my second-fave series besides Sonic.


GC:

Mario Superstar Baseball: BEST.GAME.EVER
Soul Calibur II: Awesome graphix, but I can beat the entire game just mashing A with Kilik.
NHL 2005: I still prefer this version over 06 because of its UBER speed boost.

Ah, KSS, good days. I had never heard of the Kirby series until my dad bought that game for me. It was not only addicting, but long as hell, too. The only other Kirby game I have is Air Ride, though.

Anyway, what I currently play (other than Sonic):

-Mario Kart DS (ftw ftw ftw ftw ftw)
-Kirby Air Ride (coincidental, ain't it?)
-Pokemon R/B (Ever since that chat I've had recently, I've been addicted once more. I am aiming to fight the glitch trainers, but that's all.)
-Quake 3 (only occasionally though)


And other than that, it's basically Sonic games.

And speedrunning Spyro 2 for the GBA whenever I can be arsed, I'm writing a document on it too so look out for that some time in the future :O.

Other than Sonic I've been playing a little CS:Source although it's frustrating me a little because I'm not playing enough to get back on our match team (strangely, TAing feels much less like skiving off work than CS does . . .).

MMZ1 finally got to me as many other games have and it just got too annoying. I think I broke it just like I did w/ Sonic Battle... Perhaps I should just stop playing game altogether...

Umm...I haven't been gaming much really, I've gotten busy all of a sudden. But when I DO have time I play:

I've got other games..They were boring cause I beat them all!

I've beaten all the Games I have....the hardest ones were:

Another World( Out of this World)
Heart of the Alien
SONIC CD( It isn't hard...finding mp3s were hard..I gave up..)
Final Fantasy 8 Disk 4
Sonic Heroes Casino levels ( Is that why you hate SH?)

Sonic DVDs I own

Sonic X volumes : 1,2,3( Amy was more on sonic than ever..),5,7,8,9,16(The 3 last episodes)

And Games I had beaten but cartridge not working:

Thunder Blade 2( I think a helicopter game?)

...Some soccer game...can't remember

There's more, I have a bad memory about the Megadrive games, ever since most stopped working.

Besides Sonic/Shadow games, I've mostly been playing Mario Kart DS.  I've mainly been competing in Time Trials; my times can be found here (http://www.mariokart64.com/mkds/profile.php?pid=357).  I also aim to get all 3-star ranks in GP and the Missions (about halfway done with GP, and about two-thirds done with the Missions).

I've played Astro Boy as well; I really enjoyed it.  Though I should play that again and finish Hard mode sometime...

Well, i'm just swiched over from kirby's superstar(on emulation)to shing force3(on the sega saturn console)because my computer took a shit.This game is a vary vary vary....good RPG game.The first and second are also. Battle play is different from many other RPG's as well. This game is vary rare for the console(witch is what i have it for)but it's worth the money. This game is for the saturn,so..it maybe hader to find than the fist two for the genesis. The storyline is great, gameplay is great, Graphics are eh....ok.I recomend this game to all RPG gamer's looking for something different.

You've gotta do it; playing Green Hill in 3D for the first time was an experience I'll never forget, and this was four years ago.  Then again, I didn't know beforehand what would be unlocked with all of those emblems, so it was a surprise.  If you spend fifteen minutes each time you play getting the first ten Chaos Drives form Iron Gate and using them, you'll have high stats in about two weeks.

You just reminded me, I haven't been on MK:DS Wi-Fi in a while...

Add Dragon Quest 8 to my list. Seriously, that game is addicting in a nostalgia sort of way. Getting close to the end of Chapter 3 on ToL. While the game isn't as good as ToS (have defeated Abbsyion, all three of the 4 armed skeleton fights, along with Kratos' second battle), the story has some amusing moments. I unlocked Mega Man Battle and Chase last week. It's an okay racer, but the addition of non-power up based weapons (flawed a bit in execution) and car customization from parts of defeated cars were pretty good ideas.
