Now that special case has been excluded, and it works again.

SR: Absolutely unnecessary. Re: F-Zero Central.

SH: I'm still calling this a "really good maneuver that anyone should use to get lower time". That alone, however, doesn't automatically disqualify the tactic. The description given to me doesn't appear to break the game the way the isolated tricks in other games do (and yes, I do vote that DD be removed from its banishment on the SA2 list, perhaps with a one-use-at-a-time policy instead.)
