Title: I can't submit!!

When I go to SUBMISSIONS, a page opens and there stands "you are disabled from submitting"

Why does that happen?

IIRC, stats you submitted tripped hidden alarms in the RSS feeds.

If you're not making these up, which I don't think you are, then the moral of the story is to use a time notebook so you don't botch centiseconds.
