I came to this topic thinking it was about those wierd road/church signs (i.e. Please remember in our prayers of the people who are sick of our community [or something like that, I don't remember fully]). But, oh well.

Even if it did work, that symbol would only appear on a Mac due to trademark law.
Also, TSC now reports a content-type with encoding utf-8, so Unicode should work now. ☺ (Maybe not on the forums, but everywhere else it should work.)
