Hi, I'm trying to get 194 rings at metal harbor, and I was wondering, what exactly is a spindash jump and how do you perform it?
thanks,
Jacob

It's what it sounds like. Charge a spindash, take off, then immediately hold the jump button. TA DA! The added speed sends you farther than with a normal jump. It's the key to breaking most every 3D Sonic game.

At first, you will mess up quite a lot. Trust me. It took me quite a while to master this in Shadow. With practice, you'll be able to pull it off with no problem.

Its harder to do in Shadow because Shadow had dumb spindash physics >_>
SA2:B's where its at amirite X)

Well, I don't have SA2B yet. This game is hard to find even on the Gamecube.

Fixed.
(Also I found SA2B like right when I got my Cube.)

I think my best bet is to order it online.

My friend got it in stores.

Okay dude. Could you please stop bumping old topics?

Oh great, another outbreak of the thread necromancy virus. *Gets flamethrower ready to burn topic to prevent more infections.* BTW, I've always thought that SA2 is the most over rated Sonic game ever. Only 1/3 of the game was actually good. 1/3 was above average at best and 1/3 (we all know which part) was utter garbage. Not only that, the camera was even worse than SA. The rail physics (mostly switching) were terrible, something that is all but completely fixed in Shadow.
