What is your favorite path in the game Shadow the Hedgehog? Here is mine:
- Westopolis: Hero Mission
- Lethal Highway: Dark Mission
- Prison Island: Hero Mission
- Mad Matrix: Hero Mission
- Lost Impact: Normal Mission
- Cosmic Fall: Hero Mission

- Westopolis: Neutral Mission
- Turn Gamecube off
- Put disk in case
- Store case in rack
- Play something else

- Westopolis Neutral Mission.
- Find that DAMN fourth Chaos Emerald.
- Make sure Mr Yuji Naka is alright.
- Find the computer room.
- Defeat those black creatures.

That's a hard one... The graphics are more charming in Heroes, but Shadow gets rid of the team feature shit...

There's also more glitches in Heroes than in Shadow. Can you say "shitty Heroes loops"?

call me crazy but teams is really a cool idea, but they messed it up by having those stupid gates that auto-switch your members plus all the little glitches like sometimes the flyer will sometimes not fly as high as he usually does which screws your over in a time attack.
i don't even gotta play shadow to know it sucks, WHO wants guns in a sonic game? trying to make a failure mix of speed and guns is about as bad as mixing.. well i can't think of a good comparison but it gives you the idea anyway.

FUCK I knew I forgot something. I lol'd though.
Also, funnily, I found the guns to be the least of Shadow's worries. There is some satisfaction to be had in blasting away a 10-foot mech in 2 seconds with a gun that has a barrel four times as long as your character is tall. Limited satisfaction, yes, but it's about as much as the game has to offer.
Just found myself watching a couple of Shadow cutscenes again and I find myself wondering how the in-game graphics and animation can be so hideous (and such a step back even from SA2) when the pre-rendered movies are so ridiculously good.

oh and Charmy is awesome in Shadow. He has the funniest lines in the game.

those gates are cool... they are flashy. :x
I think they should put them in all Sonic games just for looks. Like, in a normal game, they could denote which path is designed for which character. (shortcuts and stuff) So kind of like Sonic Riders.

I can't say I ever asked for guns in a Sonic game, but it's not a bad game by any means once you get past that. Shadow is pretty outlandish but that doesn't affect the gameplay.
Anyway I respect your opinion but personally I like to give games a try even if I think they will be bad. They I can blog about them! >:p
That's why I got Megaman X8 this week.

The only reason is because it's all based on Heroes which is a disappointment. If it was an SA2 game it would have been better.

What's with the Black Doom quotes? I don't get it.
Though I found Black Doom's dialogue to be amusing. I mean for a guy who's name is in fact Black Doom they make a lot of sense at the very least.
My favorite quotes are the ones where he says that Eggman's ships are "scrap to be carted off by the wind" and complained that The Ark was too big and confusing, saying "I am not impressed." Those are great quotes imo.

Read all the quotes carefully. In some he states he wants to rule the planet, then he talks about destroying it. He speaks of exterminating the human race, then again he says they should serve the Black Arms. I find it highly lol how contradictory he is. >_>
