Hehehe, I bet those of you who know me are triple facepalming right now, aren't you?

I'm not going to introduce myself, since I've done that in my bio, but I will say with pride that I have absolutely no idea what I'm getting myself into :P

So yeah, expect insanity. 'Cause I am just raring to go.

It's an emoticon command for Twitch chat.  In a Twitch chatroom, it shows the face of someone who used to work at Twitch and is used to indicate sarcasm.

Personally, I hate seeing any of the commands.
