Title: Glitch in Hydrocity 2

Hiya guys! I need some help to understand how can I make the glitch in Hydrocity 2 (S3)-which permitts make times under 0:30 with Sonic or Tails- on the Genesis console (this is my only way of playing). If someone can help me I'll be grateful.

you have to die once before you can go through the left wall.
