Why exactly is the use of the iOS version for Sonic 4 Episode I is forbidden in those levels whose names I can't bother to remember? I'm buying it now and I can only use the iOS version at the moment. Sorry, wrong place possibly.

Because they're not the same levels in the iOS version. On iOS, Casino Street 2 is a high-score minigame, and Lost Labyrinth 2 takes place entirely in a minecart. Before Episode 1 was released, videos of the entire game were leaked and there was a lot of backlash over those two stages, so Sega took them out and replaced them with proper levels on the console versions. However, the iOS version still has the original stages.
