Hey. i will upload score attacks, time attacks, and ring attacks in the sonic center vids. am i authorized to do so?

When you submit a time attack/score attack or ring attack if you post a YouTube URL in the comment box then it will become a submitted video. Hope I helped :)

If you aren't currently authorized to submit videos to the site, just send an email requesting authorization to either one of the email address's listed on the video submission page and you should be granted permission soon enough.

Also, welcome to the club; it's always a pleasure to see a new face around these parts. :)

you should read the rules pertaining to submissions but it's nothing huge. Hope these submissions are kickass
