Title: I need help, cuz I'm a noob

I have no clue on how to open .bin files for Sonic game hacks. Please help me.
And yes, you can say it, I'm a noob. I don't care.

Play them in a Genesis emulator.

EDIT: Great. Just f**** great. Now I can't find a site where I can get files for the emulators (The only site I know is www.sonicretro.org) And whenever I go to a site about them, I'm greeted by endless popups that simply passes my Firefox security. Need help for this now...
