It was because of the Space Channel 5 rocket that I got this single lap record. It went into a speed frenzy unexpectedly.

Achieved on 2nd lap, it was possible because boosting after the moving enemies and a successful dodge past the boost pad and reaching the rail is more faster than boosting after the boost pad section.
