Yes.  The game is called Adventure, and that's difficulty 1.  The run is 35.97 seconds from the time the first room appears to the time I enter the final room.

[EDIT] Faster run complete and uploaded (the old one was 38.96).  Go with the new version.

And it gets improved again.  The new run, 0:34.17, ranks second all-time (Mike Morrow aka "MKM" is first with 0:33.86).
