As long as you plot a route through Simi Valley (for Magnum's sake) and where I'm at.  Tell us when you have a decent route idea so I can see if I can find a good meeting place >_>

I'll tell you how realistic a NM meetup is with me after Rolk and Flyby pass through; most likely, if at all, I can only do like an hour or two after school. If you think that's worth coming out to NM, be my guest (metaphorically, you won't actually be a house guest)!

So will you be visiting us SoCalers? I demand a San Diego meeting >:(

Or if you can actually be arsed to go a bit south to where I live that would be nice >_>

Depending on what part of Massachusetts you'll pass through I might not be that far away, and I'd love to toy with you in person. If anyone asks, you're a member of the student body from the University of Chicago sent from the administration to respond personally to my queries.

I HOPE YOU DO

Hay guiz, I made a table showing how many points each game tracked by TSC is worth. You should go see it.
Also v2.0 of my TSC calculator is available to use. You should totally use it.

Michigan to Kansas!? Mike you're aware that's like a day's drive right. Also who's in Kansas. Heck what's in Kansas besides farms?

That's a wee bit out of the way; I'd prefer to stick to something closer to metro Detroit. >_>
Most of the malls aren't that bad a jog, the most known one being Great Lakes Crossing. Really it depends on where SJ and/or AD would be coming from too so we might want to talk about that.

Also my job situation might play a part.

I would be in the Detroit area that time of year, and I concur about Great Lakes Crossing, if not just for the GameWorks there. Haven't been there in YEARS, but it's rediculawesome.

yeah I'd agree with Great Lakes Crossing since there so much around there.  I've only been to Gameworks 5 times and went to one in Las Vegas.  hope they didn't raise their prices.

going to Auburn Hills is only an hour for me.

You're going to love Simi. The chapperal (the area's biome) is going to start looking at its best around that time of year. Simi is basically a mid sized city surrounded by hills. I'd suggest bringing an umbrella since December-February is the wet season around here.

I live in North County, so that might work.

Or we could always meet up some time later if he's too busy. <_<

OK guess what folks!

As you all know this all fell through last year in a big way... largely due to the fact that I couldn't afford the trip. But this year I can, and nothing's gonna stand in my way!

So, allow me to launch... MIKE'S WHIRLWIND TOUR OF AMERICA AND ENGLAND 2010

That's right, England too! So all you Europeans who never dreamed you'd have an opportunity to meet me, now's your chance!

I've decided I'm not going to do the volunteering thing so I'm also in no rush to get around. I'm budgeting for about six weeks away, so I'll probably spend a month or so in America and a couple of weeks in England after that.

Again, I'll need to work around MAGfest (Jan 1-4, effectively the SDA convention) - we're gonna be doing a marathon of classic games while we're there, make sure you watch! Miles will be running Sonic 1, stanski Sonic 2 and myself Sonic 3!

So basically, everyone let me know when you're free and I'll make sure I work you into my plans. First post will be edited to reflect aforementioned plans.

So will it be at the same time of year it was going to be before? Like January? I'll be home on winter break if so. I'm in central New York, very near Syracuse.

All plans for that period have now been cancelled, and I am ready and able to receive my dose of mike-based awesome at any time.  I am concerned that we won't be able to stay in the same room too long though, not sure any walls can contain that amount of win :)

You've got enough time, get a few of your buddies at Google to make a Google Awesome tool which automatically protects the room you're standing in from being overloaded with awesome.

...yeah, unintended consequences, shut up ok.

I propose a strictly scientific test to compare the inebriation-to-alcohol-intake ratio (colloquially, lightweightedness) of English, Scottish, and Australian peoples.
