So I was playing Heroes (lol) ...actaully I was just getting some stats to submit (not that they're any good...) and I came across this:

The same thing happened with a few others too. Like Rail Canyon and Frog Forest. No idea what happened...

not normally, I'm only using it currently as this was linked via IRC and mIRC opens all links in IE and I was too lazy to copy/paste to firefox

Yeah, I see vids that have all that, and if you have an AR(Action Replay)...Well, don't cheat with submitting BS :/

I should also note that if you use a Gameshark for the PS2 version, the timer will go up to 00:00:99, then reset to 0:00:00 compared to the AR's stop-at-00:01:00 for GC.

I've never once used AR with Heroes. I used it for F-Zero GX to get the japan-only parts, and in FE:PoR for S rank weapons that are programmed in, but unusable, and full RD base stats.

What you just described (and what you actually just did to that post) is "editing". What you much more often do, and what GS was talking about, is called "deleting".

Bingo Highway is one of the names used in Theme Park as a CPU opponent. I wonder if there's a list of corny fake names for use, like the stock sound effects every movie uses (as well as Theme Park, which uses the stock "kids screaming on a roller coaster" sound).

Intrigued. Is this "Theme Park" possibly a prequel to Sim Theme Park/Theme Park World and SimCoaster/Theme Park Inc.? And, as a CPU opponent - you're suggesting that this is someone's name?

It is indeed, from all the way back in 1994. It's been pretty faithfully remade for DS (although where are my year-end rewards damnit) too. This was before Rollercoaster Tycoon ruled the genre, and before EA destroyed Bullfrog (Theme Park's creators), for which I will hate them forever.

Yeah, the original Theme Park was released on like every console (and PC) under the sun. The sequel was called Sim Theme Park in the US and Theme Park World elsewhere (or perhaps the other way around)

Huh. Thought so.
Though I don't know why you said "destroyed" ... even though the gameplay was inferior to RCT, the style of STP and SC (the US names) was AWESOME. I recall when RCT2 made some rather lame attempts at themed rides with the expansion packs ... two of the worst wastes of money I have ever seen.
