In plain English, doesn't it just reverse the text output in your browser? As in typing something backwords will cause it to appear forwards, and vice versa? Assuming that this is a real symbol and not some nonsense designed to make us all look dumb? Either way, I do not claim anything but ignorance. Oh, and arbitrary test.
