The original PC version fixed a few glitches (Tails into Emerald Coast being one of them), and the 2011 release is a port of that version.

And Grand Prix I'm pretty sure allows restarting races, so yeah.

It lets you restart the cup, but not individual races.

Beat the Elite Four a few days ago (without having to recover any PP, which has never happened before).  The team I ended up using was Genesect (level 75), Emboar (level 67; first time another one of my Pokémon has out-leveled my starter), and 4 others at levels 40 and 45 in case I had to stall for time.

In my opinion, it should be unbanned for all teams.  With Team Dark, it's essentially the same as the timestop glitches in other games.

PS3s that can play PS2 discs will play all of them.  No idea about Vita.

I prefer 3D over 2D since I didn't grow up with the Genesis titles (that and the first Sonic game I actually got far into was Heroes).
