In an unprecedented step (well not entirely, I'll admit to once in a while playing TF2 with a British friend of mine solely for fun...) I have decided that I shall spend some of the lot of time that will come into my possession in the nearing autumn break to *gasp* nothing but the entertainment and enjoyment of myself fulfilling no other purpose!
Since I liked reading Schiller's Don Karlos, Infant von Spanien for school this much, I plan to purchase and read 2 (or 4 depending on how you put it) more dramas of his, Kabale und Liebe and his Wallenstein trilogy.
However, since I would like to further familiarise myself with the English language I would also be curious to read one or two English dramas. I already did so with Romeo and Juliet, can anyone suggest any other good ones?

Basically, about half a year ago I drew this, but left it unfinished.
Recently I discovered it again and was discontent that I never completed it; also because the symbolic value of not granting a sun to rise seemed rather unpleasant to me. Therefore, I continued working on it and now it is done.
I didn't want to alter the original picture too much so aside from recolouring parts of the sky, fixing the horizon and erasing a perspectively incorrect tree I refrained from changing the base although today I would have done a few things differently.

Why is this getting banned whereas Sonic R's OOB glitch isn't? Both are glitches that heavily alter the way the games are played but still require skill to pull off and still allow for competition even if it's rape of the gameplay.

I just had the most hilarious TF2 match ever. Basically since I currently have a cold so my head is very messy and in addition my mood was also quite bad, I decided I should not play that actively and rather keep it low to not stain myself too much. So I chose Engineer and built a sentry and stuff so I'd at least be credit to team since I didn't expect myself to be of much use.
Eventually I got bored and started wandering around, hitting everyone I came across with my wrench. And it was amusingly effective. Basically I relaxedly strolled around 2fort carelessly, wandering around in the open and freely into the enemy base wrenching everyone who crossed my path to death. Spies, scouts, pyros... The enemy team was raging like crazy but I just kept taking walks killing people with wrenches, occasionally also capturing the intelligence along the way, until eventually they turned the server off. Quoting my buddy who I always play with quoting what they said to him:

Thorn spends too much time at Retro (18 pages of enthusiastic anticipation and excited curiosity, compare to The GHZ's collective shrug and usual biting sarcastic remarks and X-CulT's two graphic images of people vomiting; lolretro). He's becoming optimistic about new Sonic games and actually defends the franchise.
Also I only quoted that one word because I saw that on Retro everyone already wildly speculated over it (lolretro) so I wanted to just get it across that it's probably fake anyway before anyone here starts bothering. :(

Also knowing SEGA's track record everything new they make is a reason to be sceptical. They haven't produced a decent game in half a decade, and with every new one they're just digging their graves deeper. They bring up this "BACK TO THE ROOTS"-nonsense every time they make a new game and afterwards it ends up shooting you through pre-scripted loops with boost moves while transforming into a werewolf knight and simultaneously controlling Black Doom to press switches and kill Robotnik's children. Plus in this teaser they also mentioned speed and seeing how fast Sonic was dashing around there, this might be a bad omen.
Hailing the usage of classic sounds also seems to be worth nothing; to me it rather seems like SEGA is not clutching every straw available to somehow appease to their fading old fanbase; and since they're unable to do so through their own terrible new games they're now resorting to trying to awaken feelings of nostalgia in a desperate attempt to expel the understandably omnipresent apathetic stance towards new Sonic games and get at least a bit of anticipation for their newest pile of digitalised feces.
