Leaderboard Disputes / I HAVE A QUESTION

Although that's still a bit early to ask. Anyway, I plan to have some of my consoles modded after Christmas. I want them to get a 50hz/60hz switch and a region free mod each. Now I'd like to ask if I'm still allowed to submit stats from such a modified console? (Mega-CD, Mega Drive, and SEGA Saturn being the machines in question.)

I have to study lots until the exams in December, so once again I'm leaving the internets.
But if I pass, I'll be back in 2-3 weeks and won't have any more exams for like 2 years. :D

What are the differences between the Saturn and the PC/Gems Collection version of Sonic R? Because I played the latter to death and now want to know if there's anything worth buying in the Saturn version. Exploitable glitches maybe?

When the midnight hour comes, P.P.A. often gets the sudden urge to draw extremely silly and ugly TSC-related comics in bed. Then his back hurts because he has to lie in an awkward position to be able to draw.
(Although the last two panels of the first one were drawn the next day, at a table.)

I won't be on much in the next couple of weeks, not at all in the channel.
Since I didn't find the "Turn Real Life On/Off" option in the settings yet, school is forcing me once again to spend less time on the internets and more on studying. Reason for this is my Fachoberschulreife which is rather important and I don't want to mess up on it.
First part is in ~2 weeks, then I'll return briefly but have to leave again for the second part at the beginning of December.

I recently downloaded a Sonic Chaos SMS ROM for reasons I forgot. It was a lot better than the GG version, and I might be interested in TAing it. While there is no lack of the game at ebay, I also consider getting the Power Base Converter for Mega Drive because I don't want to have another console around (my SMS2).
But, I read something about it having compatibility problems with the SEGA Mega Drive 2, which is the only version of the console I happen to own. Could someone please tell me what these problems are? Do some games fail? Does the adapter work at all?
EDIT: Thanks to Upthorn for telling me on the channel. Seems I dio have to dig up my Master System II again. :(

I was playing on an emulator to test something, when I noticed that the Peel-Out is charged faster. And you go faster upon collecting speed shoes. Is that just me, or is that really a difference between Gems and MCD version?
Also on Gamecube, the bee robots in Tidal Tempest don't fly up and down. And you cannot run on top of MM2 like Sprint does in his video.

My life has been shit lately. My health is getting worse, if I try and do something against it (go for a walk), I feel bad which leads to me doing even less and my fitness dropping further. It's like a circle of doom. I have to admit I am lazy, and instead of complaining I should do something for my health - it doesn't just fly by. But my problem is, I simply don't have a reason to get healthier. I do not fear death, because I have nothing to really live for. When I lived with my grandparents, I had this. They gave me the feeling of being loved, I would want to survive just to make them happy. But then my parents and the youth department forced my away from them; I can only see them twice in a month or so. I now lived with my parents for about half a year, with my health continously dropping. All I do all day is sitting in front of this fucking computer, so that's no big surprise. I don't like my parents enough to give me a reason to fight, and although my life is pretty unsatisfying I can't be bothered to change it - why should I? Who gives a fuck about whether my times in some crappy Sonic games are good or bad? Who'd really care if I was gone?
What I need in my life is a goal. Something to fight for, something worth living. It can be something stupid, like world domination for example. But something that requires me to raise my lazy ass off the chair and do something for me, my health, and my goal. But I couldn't find anything so far...
The second thing is once I have such a goal, how do I get healthier.
Any suggestions? Sports? Meditation?

Some of maggot's ring stats seem a bit unlikely to me. Especially Stardust Speedway Zone 2 and Zone 1 as well as some other ones, like Palmtree Panic Zone 2, Collision Chaos Zone 1...
I assume that he used time warp to get some of these stats, which is not accepted and used by the other competitors did not as sated in this thread. (Rule add plz)
The fact that he is the leader in every ring stat makes it even more suspicious.

It's not just that PP2 and SS2 are unlikely, it's that without rings in the walls, they're impossible as can be viewed with Debug. The goal here isn't "zomg I want dos stats removed", it's "can we please get a rule down in one direction or the other?"

I don't remember how, but I was thinking about Pokémon Snap. Then I suddenly noticed it would be perfectly suited for competition! The maximum score for each Pokémon is saved, as well as the best score for each course. You can replay anything anytime, the game wasn't that bad... I even have a guide I could scan (and translate, though this may take a while), it has the location of each pogeyman, tips, maps...
