Post by: Taco on August 04, 2004, 02:38:40 PM
Yes, thats right, just post any videogame accomplishments you've made here!
Here are the rules

1. It cant be a game from this site (in other words, no sonic games!)
2. Post any accomplishments you have completed that you feel proud of!

For example, do you time attack other games? Or have you beaten Timesplitter 100% with all platinum medals?

Tell us!

As for me, I haven't really done anything extroardinary. I have beaten alot of games 100%, but I havent really time attacked any other games. I have tried time attacking perfect dark, but its too damn hard

The best I can get on special agent for the first level is about 57 seconds. But the world record was like 44 seconds or something. I know they use that technique to move around faster...but does it really make a 13 second difference? or am I missing a shortcut? oh well

so ya, post any times for games that your proud of or any accomplishments! Some time later Ill post a list of games Ive beaten 100%but for now, I really want to see any major accomplishments you guys have made!

The currently listed world record for Defection SA is 0:37 shared by Ryan Dwyer and Marcus Dolejsi (Karl Jobst, who has since been banned from the rankings, has 0:35).

They do use strafing, but that isn't as important in Defection as a trick that allows you to fall outside the building then go back in.  In Special Agent, you have to use that trick twice, and have to land on a thin wall the second time for optimum effect.

Some scores from me to start:

Rush 2049
Obstacle Course 1:58.332
Stunt 1 - 870,504pt stunt, 75,788 PPM
Stunt 2 - 2,563,904pt stunt, 128,195 PPM
Stunt 3 - 336,330pt stunt, 21,139 PPM
Stunt 4 - 1,159,500pt stunt, 57,993 PPM

Adventure
Level 1 completion - 0:33.60

In Super Smash Bros. Melee, I once played a 99 stock match with 3 lvl 9 computers, all against me, in Hyrule Temple. At the end of the match, I hadn't lost a single life, despite my high damage (I think it was over 500%)

Also on the topic of SSBM, I can beat Very Hard classic in under 4 minutes, counting Break the Targets (I die purposely here) Snag trophies, and Race to the Finish (obviously I take the first exit). I timed myself with an accurate watch.

And on Legend of Zelda:The 4 swords, I beat the first level without getting hurt! YAY!

lol

nicely done

currently, im trying to get all platinum medals in timesplitters 2, as well as finally beat bomberman 64 100%. I managed to get all 120 gold cards under 2 hours in hard mode (Im sure it could be done in 1:30 if you really tried) and as of now, im trying to get all the custom pieces, but the damn locations change in hard mode...

I beat Donkey Kong 64 100%. I don't know if that's special, but it's not bad since I was about 11 at the time. God, that ending was stupid...

I own Panzer Dragoon Saga.....thats an accomplishment in itself, why I hear you ask? Go check it on Ebay and see how much its selling for....and the worst bit? I only paid £35 for it =P

Back to the topic of real accomplishments, I beat anyone I play against at Sega Rally, smashed the preset 3 lap Arcade Mode record by over 9 seconds, and always get to the Lakeside course and win, on any difficulty.

I beat Skies of Arcadia (DC) with all discoveries and crew members, now working on GC version to get all secrets.

I beat very mission on GTA:VC without cheats, something noone else in the area where I live has been able to do (Yeah, I know, we suck =P), now going for 100% completion.

Damnit NintenDan... take away Sonic games, and I've hardly got anything left!

Well, to start I've still got 2 unshared GameFAQs site records in Mario Kart Super Circuit (which it's fair enough to say are WR's with the Japanese invasion):
Donut Plains 1 Fastlap 3"42
Donut Plains 2 Fastlap 7"72
...and I hated those levels...

Plus a whole heap of tied records using those stupid water shortcuts...

Actually, I found a shortcut on Ghost Valley 3 that allowed single lap times of <0"20 as well.

Anything else I've done would have been on my trusty N64. I beat DK64 in something like 14 and a half hours, found a VERY useful glitch on that damn robotic fish in Gloomy Galleon (anyone who's played it will know what I mean) which allows you to basically get double time.

Also, I beat Pokemon Stadium 2 (love it or hate it) COMPLETELY! That means I got the Gligar with Earthquake! ^_^

wow

some impressive stuff

hm...

I dont know why, but I've been time attacking Glover (That crappy N64 game) recently

hehe, Im bored, but here are my times for the first world, so if you're bored as well, and have the game, then go for it!

Atlantis 1: 35 seconds
Atlantis 2: 39 seconds
Atlantis 3: 79 seconds

Carnival 1: 192 seconds ( I think)
Carnival 2: 40 seconds

The ability to easily recognise Megaman songs, the ability to beat games faster and easier without playing them before (I did it for my friends Dragon Quarter near the final boss, his Blood Omen 2 about three-quarters through, his Sonic Shuffle [but that doesn't count in this topic], and others)...
That's about it...

Me and my friend sat and played through LotR:RotK in one go once... took us quite a while though, it was really nothing special.

We had some trouble in Cirith Ungol. It was really only on the path of the Hobbits where we had to try again any times. But in Cirith Ungol, first time we played it I managed to kill my friend by dropping a door on him, and numerous times we set eachother on fire. Another time I was too far ahead of him and he fell through the bridge...

Anyways, we beat the main game which is like 80% or something. Would've 100%'d it but... we kinda got bored at that point.

How's this?  Um...wait a minute, what did I accomplish...oh yeah, I thought I had good times in Crash Bandicoot 3 till I saw a Platinum Relic guide by this guy named insane_pyro28 who beat most of the developer times on the levels (The best times Naughty Dog got while playing it).

That's my "accomplishment."

Feast on.

Oh, neglected my 180 emblems in SA2B, with all themes, my 120 all A rank file in SH, super hard mode clear, having all trophies in Mario Party 4, and some other stuff I don't feel like mentioning. Oh, yeah, and I...um...collapsed a line in Tetris.

Bah, I've been playnig Time Splitters again. As of now, I believe I have 57 platinums, 5 golds and 4 silvers. In story Mode, Im in chapter 8 in hard mode. So in short, I'm getting close to 100% completion of the game :)

Oh and mike, just keep trying for those very hard chapters in f-zero gx.  Some of the new items you unlock are worth it, but I dont remember for which chapters :(

Also you get the AX cars, most of which aren't all that spectacular - I just use my custom car anyways.

Also 14/26 staff ghosts = beat'd. I doubt I'll catch up to shadowgamer's 25 in the week I have left :(

I was gonna make a new topic about this, but blah.

Anyone that's played Banjo Tooie and knows the cheats probably recognises that the game could be completed very quickly with them. But just how quick?

Over the past 2 days I've made it my mission to complete the game in under an hour. I've taken my time from 1:21 or so down to 1:02:41 EDIT: 0:59:35 - THE HOUR GOES DOWN!!

Erm...not much, really. o.o Most of it's in SSBM or so

SSBM: nothing really special. I'm an event match time attacker, even though all my times blow ass xP Best time I've gotten is probably my Event 37 in 38 seconds. Still going for sub 30, though

F-Zero GX: Got all staff ghosts, all cups beaten, and all cars unlocked in a total of 11 hours of non-stop gameplay. And I still don't know how to spacefly =D

Tales of Symphonia: Beat the game in 14 hours 8 minutes...can get sub 10 hours, I KNOW IT!

Yeah...that's about it. Not too great

your f-zero accomplishments sound impressive!

The only thing I need to work on is those staff ghosts. I only have about 6 or 7 done.

Also, does anybody know if there is a way to clean a specific data block on the nintendo gamecube memory card? For some reason, my Timesplitters file isn't working. It shows up on the memory card when I goto file manager, but when I start the game and select "choose from saved files", it doesnt show up! I tried moving the data to another memory card, but that wont show up either, so its not the memory card :(

Any suggestions?

1. Defeated all 8 robot masters in Mega Man 3 without special weapons. All of these bosses except Spark Man and Gemani Man were also defeated without using E tanks.
2. Defeated Mega Man 7 Dr. Wily without using E Tanks.
3. Finished Castlevania Circle of the Moon in Vampire Killer, Magician, and Fighter modes.
I'm working on Buster only battling on Mega Man 4. So far I've beaten Toad Man, Bright Man, Pharoh Man, Ring Man, and Dust Man.

I've competed in F-Zero GX before.  My times used to be pretty good, but they're mediocre compared to some other people now.  They can be found here (http://www.mrfixitonline.com/List.asp?ListId=499&Action=SHOWITEM&ListDataId=15629&CompareTo=16460), with the staff ghost times alongside them for comparison.

I've also played F-Zero:  Maximum Velocity (http://www.mrfixitonline.com/List.asp?ListId=493&Action=SHOWITEM&ListDataId=26415).

These are a long time ago, but I defeated the Kurt Ziza and Phantom boss battles in Kingdom Hearts. An update to the Mega Man Zero 3 goal I'm working on, I've just got through Copy X and I've still managed to maintain a 92 average score and get all the EX techniques. I also cleared the fire monkey's stage in exactly three minutes.
Edit: I managed to finish the whole game with an average score of 91, and defeated all of Omega's forms without using any fusion elves as well as destroy Phantom.

Eh, never tried it, but with Paper Mario, once you get past Tubba-Blubba, you're all set if you buy 10 life shrooms and have a lot of flower power. Of course, never actually attempted this, as I only beat the game twice, but I'd imagine you'd run from every non-essential battle to avoid star points. I feel the same way about having a time attack for Mega Man games.  Right now, I'm working on trying to clear Mega Man Zero 3 with an end ranking of S. (Wish me luck, I'm going to need it.) I've managed to clear the intro stage in 1'25", clear the first fire stage using only the Z Saber, and cleared the fire monkey's stage in 2'15'.

I finally beat Mega Man Zero 3 with a overall rank of S.  *Spoiler Alert* The final boss, Omega takes over Zero's original body (the body currently used by Zero is a copy but it is still Zero's mind in the copy), creating a "Super Zero" that's more powerful than the real Zero. Be warned, drop your guard for a second and you're toast against him. *End Spoilers* Thanks for the words of encouragement, they really helped out. :)

I beat MegamanX in 45 minutes...>.>

Played through Fire Emblem 7 on Hector Hard Mode with only the lords.

Beat Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2 with out Getting a Gameover.

Played through Dragon Warrior 3 up to Zoma with only the Hero (Couldn't beat Divinegon).

Beat all the secret bosses in Golden Sun 2 with under leveled people (Beat Dullaghan (Or however you spell it) With a group of level 4x people).

This is luck, but I somehow managed to get all the bosses Souls the first time I fought them in Castlevania Aria of Sorrows.

magnum, do you have MegaMan Zero 1? I had up a topic for MegaMan Zero Time Attack on the Zero board on GameFAQs a while ago but it got purged. :( I was also thinking about making a MegaMan Time Attacking site like TSC for Sonic but I didn't really think that would work out too well due to my lack of experience of complex site construction and lack of a sever (which equals money). I'm also constructing a small simple site for the "MegaMan Hard Mode Project" where you play though the MegaMan games in a Harder situation. Like, only using the MegaBuster for the classics, no E-Tanks and no parts were allowed upon doing the challenge. For X games, you couldn't get Heart Tanks, SubTanks, use Special Weapons, get X armor or use parts. Zero, Legends and Battle Network are still undecided.

Games completed on "Hard Mode":

MegaMan: Dr. Wily's Revenge (MMGB1)
MegaMan 6
MegaMan 8
MegaMan X4 (with X)

Also, I 100% completed MegaMan Battle Network 3 White.

Also, about that Dragon Warrior III hero challenge, I started that a while ago, but never got far, guess I got bored. :o

-Actually, I do have MMZ 1. Finished it in about 3 days. I just got MMZ2 last Saturday. So far, I've gotten past the bomb in the plane mission and have sucessfully maintained an A rank. So far, the third game in the series is my favorite although the fourth one sounds like its going to rock. (The Z Knuckle system looks sweet and the Cyber Elf system has been completely reworked. This new system gives Zero one super elf that has the properties of all three types. Each aspect has powers of levels 1-7 which cost elf points. Your elf penalties happen if your point totals exceed your max limit.)
-Back on topic, I've also been doing some no special weapon boss runs in some of the Mega Man games. So far I've been able to destroy all of the robot masters in Mega Man 1-4 and X1. I've been playing Paper Mario Thousand Year Door and I just defeated Gloom Tail in 5 turns using a strategy I've been working on for use against Bone Tail.

Yes, I've heard about that new system in MegaMan Zero 4. Also the new weather system sounds very intersting and can seem to make each level different under a different weather condition, could wind up being awesome.

MegaMan III with out the use of Special Weapons. O.o One word, well two, Wood Man. How did you defeat Wood Man without Special Weapons since it's physicially impossible to evade his Leaf Shield, how'd you beat him with just the MegaBuster, unless you cheezed with the E-Tanks (which isn't allowd in "Hard Mode")?

The leaf shield can be avoided. A standing jump will not work, you have to jump towards Wood Man when he tosses the shield. The timing is still quite hard though, but its possible. I personally had more trouble with Electric Man and Gemeni Man.

Sorry for ressurect this topic, but I've made something to be proud of. In Phantasy Star Online Ep 1&2 I'm a HUmar level 126 and my ID is Skyly, so one of the most rares weapons in this game can be found only by this ID, it's name is "Sealed J-Sword", the drop rate is 1/12604 and the enemy that drops it is only found in the hardest difficult of this game it's name is Gi-gue, the bad part is, I don't have a GC modem or broadband adapter, so I can only kill one Gi-gue per half of hour, what made me really sad 'cause I would get one in 262 days((12604/2)/24), but 1/12604 is a probability, and when you kill one enemy it get down to 1/12603, so I was playing only for fun, and I killed it, it dropped something, I got the item and gone see what was it, when I saw it I started screaming all over my house, called all my friends to see it, yeah! I got a Sealed J-Sword, and I got it in the first 15 Gi-gue!!! but anyone who play this game know that I could make it through hacking, yeah it can be done, but we know that untekked weapons can't be done no matter what you try to do you'll never make a untekked weapon, so I'll leave my Sealed J-Sword untekked forever. That's my story see ya'll o/

Super Monkey Ball
Completed all of the levels, even the Master stages. That means you have to beat Expert Mode w/extra stages without using a continue. It's ridiculous.

Super Monkey Ball 2
Beaten the game completely about four times. Each time I do it, I obtain enough points to get all 99 lives for Challenge Mode as well.

Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz
Beat World 10-5. It took me six hours straight. You have no idea how hard it is.

Goldeneye 007
Beat every stage on 00 Agent, therefore unlocking 007 Mode.

Pokemon Blue
Authentically got all 150 Pokemon.

Metroid Prime
Beat the game without collecting a single energy tank, missile expansion, power bomb expansion, or weapon expansion (for the wave/ice/plasma beam). My item completion rate was 29%.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
Beat the game on Hypermode. You have no idea how hard it is.

Rock Band 2
Beat The Camera Eye on Expert Drums.

Silent Hill 3
Beat it in less than 50 minutes.

Donkey Kong 64
Collected all 201 Golden Bananas, Banana Fairies, Banana Medals, and all 4500 colored bananas without a guide. It took me 112 hours.

Mega Man 9
Beat every challenge except for Mr. Perfect.

And to stress the fact:
Sonic the Hedgehog 2006
Got all the achievements.

I used to make untekked j-sword's for that reason...  You can change the drop-rate of it and pick it up easy...

I was in party with a guy who found it legit though...  since I was the HU in a party of RA/FO, I ended up getting it... ^_^

Regardless, my accomplishments (my true pride!) are as follows

PKMN Blue
Single-Cart 151 (would be 152, because it's easy to encounter missingno, but didn't want to chance frying my cart
Double-Cart 150 (self, Red)

PKMN Red
Double-Cart 150 (Self, Blue)

PSO v2
got an L200 mag before hitting L40 >_>

PS4
10 full completions, including 1 LL completion and 1 IE completion

FF7
No Materia/LB challenge

FF1
Solo Thief (NES via Emu)

Halo 2
4-death legendary completion (Co-op)

MM4
No Death completion run (I HATE THIS GAME)

I Also completed Shinobi GG 2 in about 45 mins with 2 deaths (both in the last dungeon... cleared castle/building w/o damage)
Hmm...  I guess I could count that I've had three 55 hours marathons (5 min breaks every hour, but other than that non-stop gaming...  I only took about every other break, honestly) and one 66-hour 'thon

I'm local champ of SSB/SSBM (small town, I know, but hey, it's enough money to pay for my N64, my GC, my copy of SSB (never owned SSBM, I played at a friend's house) and to buy my GG)

I've played and beaten Anacronox... and rank it among the best RPGs of all time...

I have a Sonic Twosday copy of S2

I own 21 consoles, with 15 unique, offhand  (I own 2 Genesis, 2 DS (1 annihilated), 2 GBA (one broken), and 4 NES (One bought before I was born, one bought to replace it, one given as a present, one won as a prize))

and I'm sure there are others, but those are the ones that come to mind...

Really... I've never seen this code, a code to control drop rates? Are you sure such code really exists, 'cause if that's the case, why people make hack weapons, if they could easily get legit ones with this code? Anyway... my GC don't read pirated games xD, and I'm sure that I won't get an original AR, 'cause it don't is findable where I live, and I don't have money to buy it(I have some other things that are more important than this). So my Sealed J-Sword is legit.

I forgot to mention

Final Fantasy VII
Beat Ruby Weapon before fighting Emerald Weapon. I did not use Knights of the Round, Mime, or the 7777 attack. It took me 60 hours to prepare for the fight.

Well....i can't really say much.

NFS: 4-10
100% completion

Sonic Advance 1-3
Legit 100% Finish

Mario Kart Ds/Wii
Triplestar rank for all missions and GPs

GT3 and 4
100% Completion

...i like the fact that most of these games involve speed or racing :3

Hey that reminds me of something.  Beat Emerald Weapon without manually attacking.  I forgot my exact strategy, but it involved Cover, and mass Counter Attacks with Yuffie.

Eh, heck.  I guess I have a couple....

Sonic Heroes: Beat Super Hard mode.  Ironically, easier than about half of Team Chaotix' A ranks.

Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb: Beat expert mode (forget what they called it) with all artifacts.  Twice.  I dare you to try it, you'll probably give up around the start of the third locale.

Frogger (1997 Windows version): 100% completion.  You think I'm kidding, but I doubt many people outside this site can say that.  Easily one of the hardest games I've ever played.

Frogger 2: Also 100% completion, that's all coins, all gold medals, and hard mode beaten.

Sid Meier's Pirates: This one requires some explanation.  If you're at sea long enough, your crew will eventually mutiny, and you'll be required to divide your plunder amongst your crew.  Dividing the plunder is undesirable, as it then requires a 6-month in-game wait before your next voyage, and the game will force end if you're old enough (determined by difficulty and special items).  So it's better to hold off on that as long as possible.  WELL.  The way the game is written, getting more gold improves crew morale.  Yet there is a glitch present (I don't think it's intentional), that if you get 1000 gold for each member of your crew, they'll never mutiny (3000 gold and they'll remain permanently happy, which brings benefits during ship battles).  Never mutiny means the game can continue forever.  It's hard to do.  I've done it twice.  It pretty much requires the ability to sack multiple treasure ships (each with ~200 crew) with a crew of under 30, and to do so within the space of a few months (and these things are hard to find and catch).  I've done it twice (on easy, yes, but still) and the second time was on the first voyage of the game.

What was your strat exactly? And how long did the actual fight last? :P

I have no recent achievements. I um...got Sonic Chronicles I guess. It's pretty bad.

My list of achievements is...quite long...and I can't remember everything.  Anyway, some of the things I've done..

*note* EVERYTHING was done without the assistance of a guide of any sort.

F-Zero GX:

Ok, now this game is HARD.  I managed to beat every story chapter on very hard, beat every cup on master with every character, and beat every staff ghost.

Metroid Prime:

I managed a 1:07 speedrun

Legend of Zelda:

2nd Quest without dying.  On a side note, I first beat the 2nd quest when I was about 6 years old.  In the 1st quest I did a 3 heart no-death run...have yet to manage that on the 2nd quest run though.

Soul Calibur 2:

I beat arcade mode in 37 seconds, I think.  I'll have to check again, but I'm pretty sure it's 37

Final Fantasy X

Ok...now this one took forever.  First, through massive bribe and steal hax, I replaced and filled almost, if not all of the sphere's on FFX's sphere grid with max stat ups (like +4s and whatnot), cleared the grid with every character, beat every arena monster, built an undefeated, max level blitzball team, and obtained at least one of every item in the game...without a guide.  My file reads like...500+ hours.

Excitebike 64

I beat every one of Matt Flees' records on CS by a fairly substantial margin.  I haven't posted them because...well...it's CS >_> AND because the save on my N64 cart is dead :(.  I'll redo it on a ROM sometime.

Sonic Adventure 2 Battle

All A rank.  Not a big achievement here at TSC, but still an achievement nonetheless.

Halo 2

Level 45 online.  Would have hit 50, but the ranks were reset...and I have yet to play again.  Yeah, I know "lol Halo" and I agree, but around here there are a lot of Halo players, and together we are a pretty pwnsome team. Also, if I had Halo 3 I surely would have been able to reach 50 in that.

Well...I'll add to the list as I remember things...and get more time because I'm supposed to be writing a paper right now >_>

Donkey Kong Land 2
100% completion.

The Lost World: Jurassic Park (Saturn)
Completed the game. Human hunter stages are pretty hard (and awesome).

Driver (PlayStation)
Completed the fucking last mission within an hour without using cheats.

Perfect Dark
Completed all missions on Perfect Agent.

Star Wars: Rogue Leader
Got 8 gold medals.

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
Got all heart pieces. A few are really good hidden.

I didn't use guides to accomplish anything of the above.

GT3 and 4
100% Completion

Try achieving the same on Gran Turismo 2. I'm stuck at 99.54%. >_>

Oh I wouldn't question yours, my Skyly friend, not at all.  Just correcting that it indeed can be done.

I play on XBOX and have a modded XBOX.  I can port the PSO Files to my XBOX via LAN and hex-edit them via comp...  a bit of tinkering and I found out how to mess with a variety of things.  There are three ways to hack in weapons.  One is to change the drop rate and/or replace drop items (for example, I could recompile the game to drop a Sealed-J sword anytime that a forest rappy would drop a monomate and go slaughter rappies), and the other is to change the initial-equip of new characters, build new characters and swap in those weapons to your main character. The third is to hack a save file.  Most would modify initial equip, as it's fewer variables to toy with, but as you get no enemy%, it yields a very noticible weapon.  While harder, modifying drop-rates it quite a bit better for the weapon itself...

Save-file hacking is rather rare, as it tends to be quite the hassle, as there are no "blank" values with which you can fix the checksum, and there's an 8-digit-hex checksum to boot...  I'm sorry if this makes no sense, but if you're really curious at all I'd be able to send a PM.  To date, I've not heard of anyone in the XBOX community hacking a save-file.

To the GC (Mod-chipped to play modded/pirated games), this translates to people re-compiling the game onto a new disk and building characters with said disk ^_^

Well, I certainly didn't see this...because I wasn't around in 2004/5 <_<

I can't think of many, but...

Viewtiful Joe: Beaten on the hardest difficulty with Joe.  Most annoying thing I've ever done.  Maybe.

F-Zero GX: Got EVERYTHING except all staff ghosts without use of AX.  Unfortunately, my data deleted afterwards >_>
Either way, I still have everything, but with some use of AX so I only recompleted hard mode of some story missions.  But basically, what Alondite said, but only one cup minimum on master with each character and lack of staff ghosts.

Mega Man X6: Beaten/me shot
This is a joke one, since the above two are much more of an achievement than this.

Mario Golf Toadstool Tour: Got every character
My data deleted TWICE.  Both times after getting Bowser Jr.  That means I had to complete the 18 hole birdie challenge THREE TIMES.  NEVER AGAIN.

Donkey Kong Jungle Beat: All platinum (Woo)

Mega Man games: All robot masters buster only!

I'm sure I have more, but those ones stand out in memory.

Oh, ok no problem :p, wow I've seen sometimes people saying things about hex editing saves and other stuff since I played in dreamcast, but this is purely awesome! I don't have any knowledge about hex editing, the closiest thing I did was create a code breaker code to make 30 items, one in each slot, in dreamcast, but I've never did hex edit, I would like to know at least the basics, if you can really send me a PM, it would be a pleasure ^_^, since I can use this type of knowledge to help the schtserv team. Thanks

I forgot these:

Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee
Rescued all but one enslaved Mudokons on my first play through. >_> By the way, this game is awesome.

Spot Goes to Hollywood (Saturn)
100% completion.

I'm reminded of a few more, in reading this.

FF7

Built an Auto-game strat to get everyone to full 255 in FF7 (all stats to 255 via sources w/ only 11 hours manual input) (If curious ask, I'll relay)
I got Aeris to around L70 on my first playthrough and I'm proud to say I found her ultimate limit break without a guide...  thus, I was happy she died, as even though I'm a PLer, I found that ivnc in an RPG is bullshit.
Also on that note, cacem up with a materia setup that allowed me to single-input defeat emerald (I used Cloud's omnislash, and set the controller down and made myself a sandwich...  I won ^_^)  I did this because I didn't have the underwater materia.

MM Series
I've completed all 23 "real" games(1-8, x1-x8, MM&B, ZX1-4) in some form of challenge mode (Initial equip, no damage... except 7 and x7... those I was just happy to finish)

Auto-level strat for FF7, FF8, FF9 (this one took some doing...), FFX, FFX2, FFXII (though someone else found it first, I found it as well) SO2, KH, Xenosaga ep1, FF3j(NES), FF6, PS4 (Super slow and practically useless, but it does go infinite...), and a few others, I think...

I have 100% completed SMet and Met1 (GBA Classic collection, but so far as I know nothing was changed).

Abe's Odyssey was SO pro...  I missed 8, I think, on my first playthrough, but I did go back and get them all the second time around.

Also, since Alondite posted it, I had an FFX save file with 100% sphere grid  (255 all stats, 9999 or ~65khp, 999mp, all characters filled) by using the Cactaur King exploit and picking up 99 s-levels per battle, and then gaining spheres by killing the monsters in the arena.  Also had all ultimate weapons and max stats and all abilities for Aeons, as well as all of the missable items.  I used someone else's chart for an easy way to organize all the spheres on the grid, and I used a guide for how to get No Encounters (more accurately, where to find the things that drop candles...).  I believe it to have been a perfect file, so far as I know it can be.

This was a 748 hour save, with at least 650 of manual input (I probably left it running more than once...)

Also of note, my best friend (The tallest guy in those group photos in "Post your face"), has fully completed F-0GX, including staff ghosts, without snaking.  He's got so much dedication I'm amazed he doesn't do more...

I have that DW3 accomplishment... ^_^

Also, I beat all of JM2, with all but the lightest bike (and yes, I did start playing w/ enigma...)

GT3 and 4

Try achieving the same on Gran Turismo 2. I'm stuck at 99.54%. >_>

What was your problem with rallies? I won all races on GT2. I think I didn't get 100% because of a car I missed or the fact that I didn't master licenses (which is tedious).

I've beaten every Sonic game I've owned within the first few days. Rush Adventure only took 2 days of on and off playing, and I can do a runthrough of most 3d games in a few hours.

The only game that I beat was Sonic Heroes.

The only accomplishment that I -really- care about is that I've even fucking beaten Heroes. I despise it with a burning passion.

Although sure I guess it's impressive that I beat GH3 on Hard within a couple weeks

Crash Bandicoot 3 WARPED:  105%
Damn you. One gem (one of the Coco jetski levels, can't remember which one) evades me. >:O!!!

Sonic Heroes:  I broke it into 50 pieces and sent each one to a different country randomly with a note detailing how to destroy said piece.
I'm surprised there wasn't a "shit" somewhere in there. >_> <_<

Also... I beat the Genesis version (which has extra, more difficult levels compared to the SNES version) of The Lost Vikings solo, with a 3-button controller (annoying when you have to drop a bomb while moving, as you use items with Start+C but switching characters is Start+Left/Right, so if your timing's off, you either die because you have to drop that bomb at a specific point, you switch and explode, or somehow you pull it off), on console (i.e. without savestates for the annoying deaths).

It was the iA level rallies that always got me. Well....one in particular. The last one on the list...forgot the level name but it was combined with El Capitan's Road course.

Castle Crashers
Got two characters to level 99.  Though it might have been a tad better if I didn't use experience exploits...

Elite Beat Agents
Got an S-rank on every song (19 songs) on every difficulty (four difficulties) as well as over 100 million points total.

Guitar Hero II
Passed and 5-starred Jordan on Expert

Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock
5-starred all the songs on the main setlist on Expert.

Portal: Still Alive
More gold ranks on the challenge maps than I would have expected to have.

Rock Band 2
Completed the Endless Setlist 2 (playthrough of all 84 songs on the game disc; takes about 6 hours) on Expert in one attempt and without failing (or even pausing).

There is honestly nothing much I can say I've done that's not Sonic-related.  Though I guess it's better than nothing...

I wonder if anyone's hacked that game to put new levels in?

I miss TLV, though i own the second one (SNES), I'm kinda sad that they didn't make more
