Being a competitive gamer, I always consider the community that I am a part of to be another family of mine.
I was just wondering if any of you had ever met each other before? If so, who was it, and how did you go about this?

I've met Da1AndOnlySonic many times, he is awesome. He shares his strategies with me and we think very alike...it's almost as if we're the same person.
Anyway, in all seriousness, I would say that I've met a fellow TSC player, but I knew the person before they became a part of TSC. In my opinion, that doesn't really count. :(
However, there are a good amount of TSCers I'd really like to meet in person, they know who they are.

SonicAD, donnashowl, and I met up for like an hour once. Only they didn't wait for me at Kerby's so I didn't get coney koney.

I've only met one person from TSC: SonicFan0913/Nightmuse/Maru/some other name, whom I actually knew well before he joined (hell, even before I joined).

I've met Zeupar some times, and Shanic as well.
Shanic currently plays SADX I think, but only submits when he feels like it :P
Also I may meet PfoSonic someday.

However, meeting Koshi and Cruizer was through TSC, they had met each other all ready and we just arranged a day for me to go down there :D

Though anytime I see topics like this I always find it amusing that it is possible you see people you know online, in person all the time, and never realise it.

It actually took me until just now to realise that you also have met KonaK. He was at our table at the formal, remember!
Also yeah, so seeing as Cruizer got a whole bunch of his friends at school to come to TSC, I've met all of those people. That being Cruizer himself, Fishsticks, and Konak. Also having met werster and mike89, obviously. <_<

I met Cybrax back in...'06? When I moved to Georgia. We played Smash and I met a Smash player named Wes because he was impressed with my Sonic "skills"
Cybrax lives about 45 minutes-1 hour from me now, though I haven't seen/spoken to him since then :P

On topic: I've never met any TSC player other than Cort and Kairi, who I've met a lot of time before coming here, but the only ones I can actually meet some day are Son1cGu1tar and Romulo :/, but I really want to meet lots of other people here, but mainly: Jawzun, PoT and Paragod.

i've never beaten any of those 4, though darkrain used to live in my town before he went to texas w/ his fiancé and i played him pretty regularly.
cactuar was in my pool at a tournament in october 2008 and he 2-0'd me in marth dittos pretty bad. we played friendlies later and had a good time.
m2k just raped me in friendlies at the same tournament. he does that a lot. he was counterpicking characters in friendlies against me, it was really annoying. other than that a pretty cool dude.
mango is funny. he was just watching a basketball game for like half of a smashfest i was at instead of playing. i beat his link w/ my dk but it doesn't count since it was a friendly.
darkrain's a mind-reader. i'm in his combo video at some point. <_<
