Hm...I think you need to give us some context.  The meaning in art can easily be mistaken if taken out of context, because things have different meanings in different contexts.

A bright sun, arrows that point at the sun, other objects that imply a revelation or separation of reality of some sort relating to the sun, and the prize for correctly guessing the meaning quite distinctly being you will sing "Can You Feel the Sunshine"...

For some reason I keep thinking of the idiot shooting galleries in Circus Park.  <_<  I think it has to do with the weird arrows that pop out of nowhere in that level.
Otherwise (and I'm usually good at puzzles) this has me stumped.

I can't give you any hints because ZEUPAR IS AWESOME JERK and moved this out of Sonic Advance into where it's less hidden.
Looking at the file name and being in the channel sometimes probably helps though.

That pyramid reminds me of the ruins in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.
But I am thinking this looks to be the the Pyramid of the Moon in Egypt?
If not, than the pyramid with the bright light coming out of the top in Las Vegas. (I forgot its name)
