Title: Missing stat in a chart

This time (http://www.soniccenter.org/members/nelspike_tx/sonic_heroes/times/seaside_hill/sonic) is supposed to appear in this chart (http://www.soniccenter.org/rankings/sonic_heroes/times/seaside_hill/sonic). If it was deleted because he BS'd, he should have been banned and the history should have been deleted as well. :s I think it was Mike who deleted it because of this post (http://www.soniccenter.org/forum/index.php?topic=2004.msg20326#msg20326).

The stats history page doesn't list suspended stats. In this case, Nelspike TX has a later stat that was suspended, but the old stats still show up.

Maybe I should make it so that stats older than a suspended stat don't show up in the stats history page.
