I know that I am currently banned and my records have been flushed out, but I would really appreciate being unbanned. I was previously banned because I submited many records in one day and couldn't prove it due to a major computor problem.
Anyway I would really like to start fresh and try again. I still don't have a good computor but I will try to make proof. I would really appreciate it but if you say no it's okay.

Just stating, but those two statements seem to contradict each other. I'm all for giving you a second chance, but I have no power to do so. If you do, you had better make sure you do have proof if it's needed - I doubt the people in charge will tolerate another scratch from you.
And, I sense that this is in the wrong forum ... again not within my power.

By "computer problem", of course, you mean "refusing to send photos with proof via email because you don't know how to use a computer".

By "computor problems" I mean a Windows 98 that has dial-up and I can't even connect my digital camera to. Of course my sister has a MAC but I don't really know how to use MACs and she wouldn't help me. Anyway I said I would try hard to give proof so can we not talk about the computer.

Sorry, elecmouse, I didn't mean that in a bad way, I'm just thinking the other guys here would possibly be a little more convinced if one of us was there to help verify what you're doing. IIRC that's a reason why smizz was let back on; mike could verify what he was doing. But yeah, my feeble attempts at something resembling humor could possibly have been taken poorly.

The latest video was added 21 hours ago. I looked through your entire video sections and most of your Sonic videos are either "gameplay" or AR videos. The other two Sonic videos were a shoddy Final Hazard TA done three months ago and a supposedly results glitch of Coral Cave 1.

To all admins: I can and will provide proof so just give me a second chance. Maybe there's a record I previously had and you want me to prove? I just want to compete again but if you choose not to let me, there's nothing I can really do.

I would like to redeem myself in some way. But what way can that be done. Either I post my stats on the forum, or I pm them to the admins and they put them up for me if they agree on so.
I wanna prove me innocent. Start a fresh new life. Build a new city. live in a new condomonium (my brother has a condo in Antiqua, but was pretty close to being destroyed last year and this year with TS Arthur's backwash.) Have a new tsc job. Grow a beard, then shave it off. And live happily ever after.

It would be helpful to your case if you actually write about everything you've done to get yourself banned. It's not like the admins just out right banned you without reason, they will tell you why with a healthy description. Also it isn't just a decision by 1 person and usually a group of people found you to be a problem. Just think about that.

Now, now. I did tell him everything I did in one little paragraph. But if u want to see the full blown story. Go to leader distributes and find "sniff... I have to leave TSC" I really had not left. I just was a ghost on the sight going in and out of it.

None of those things should ever happen (and neither make any sense, especially the latter [since Casino Park and Special Stage 3 don't look ANYTHING like each other {AND the title cards are 100% different}]). I don't foresee you being unbanned any time soon, as I also have said many times.

I don't know if this was meant towards me but if it was...
1. I submitted many records in one day. (So...)
2. Got banned. (You shouldn't instantly ban people)
3. Recieved a PM from Rolken saying I was banned. (Couldn't provide proof)
4. mew22 was also banned because they thought we were the same person.(Which we're not. Ever heard of having friends?)
So I could now provide proof so with my records proof will come.

Good friends dont necessarilly have to live near each other (hi mike!). It is also unlikely for you to have identical personalitys (hi mike!). I have absolutely no idea if that was a random outburst from you or in response to the identical IP thing, if the latter, I dont think you actually know what it means to have a matching IP.

You know, the issue of ks8 is one I'm not sure was handled particularly well. After all, if we assume that ks8 was deliberately trying to subvert the rankings, many of his other actions don't make any sense, such as the competition suggestions topic, and.. you know.. the fact that he sucked. It's like CF in 2004 all over again. And to be honest, I find it perfectly believable that he simply couldn't add up properly.
Which reminds me, I've been meaning for months to post a topic to gauge how well we think the sdj6707 issue was handled. Maybe I'll do that now.

Trust me (which I'm guessing might be hard for you). KS8 does not lie. He lives in Canada like myself so we've been talking by phone a lot. He cares about this place way more than me and him being banned has really disappointed both him and me. If you don't want to unban me, then fine but all I want is him unbanned.

I have never given any BS records. All my records were truthful. People assume things, one thing leads to another, and I'm banned.

It doesn't take a massively long time to resubmit stats if you're only typing them out from a save files.
Be glad you don't have to go redo them all like I did for Sonic 1
Granted that was my own fault but the point stands.
Also after the Great TSC Downtime of 2005 (TM) there were people resubmitting entire charts for multiple games, its really not as bad or as difficult/time consuming to do as youre making it out to be

KS8's main complaint is that he doesn't have Heroes, Sonic 06, or Rival anymore. He told me this through a Wiimail.

Yeah Rick kinda late on these findings. I too don't get too caught up in these shenanigans only because I really don't know the person, said person was annoying, or the admins know enough as is.
Elecmouse should understand that in the past there have been those that would go to such lengths just to not get banned when suspicion arises. I may be confusing you with another user who also provided photos for proof, but said photos were "shopped" and said user was dealt with. Now with Mew22, hell I thought you two were the same people because it was suspicious that when his name pops up, he appears right on cue. I always wondered why he never acted on his own accord or defended you (while you were being considered to be banned and after said ban).
I've been helping Ks8 as much as I could, but this "And SJ, it seems like you're starting to realize this." its kinda hard when you don't tell me everything. I can only go by with what you tell me and I still don't know everything that goes on in your life, but this makes it feel you have and I'm a big idiot in which it took me months to "finally" realize your predicament. I assume this is to your personal life more than just the site which I can understand if you don't want to share that with me.
Elecmouse speaks the truth about Ks8 not being able to resubmit everything because he doesn't have said games anymore.
If anything this might have been a mistake and the admins acted too hastily. Elecmouse seems he just made up his #1 reason because he's couldn't come up with anything better, and his 2nd reason is because of the whole IP sharing thing (Since Mew22 is banned, Elecmouse can't come back...is that it?). If there is another topic concerning this, as I just went through what Rick had shown and this topic's earlier pages, then maybe this was unfair. All I had gotten was that Elecmouse and Mew22 shared the same IP, one of them submitted BS, one of them tried to provide proof for potential BS (which was troubling), proof was laid out and nothing was said about it after. Other than that, it might just be the case of reason #2 and blame Mew for screwing you over or not allow him to come here anymore.

See, up until now, what I've been hearing is that we had undeniable, mathematical proof that elecmouse and mew22 were BSing. Upon looking over the old topics, it appears that was only true for mew22, and elecmouse actually has a proof video? Where the hell was I when all this happened?
I'm gonna leave this one on the table, because, unlike with ks8 where I knew it was badly handled, in this case I honestly have no clue.
EDIT: ks8, since TSC doesn't recognise the stats of those players removed from the site, they were all removed. It has now come to light that restoring stats (since a change in database structure) is a hell of a lot harder than it used to be. Once upon a time "!unsuspend knuckles_sonic8" would've done the job... :/

KS8: I fixed up some Time Machine functions (notably, member pages) and enabled Time Machine for you. Set your TM to 3/13/08 and get your stats. Note that the Overall and Total classes are apparently inaccurate due to a bug I haven't been able to track down yet, and only a few types of pages in /members/ are working right now.
Your user profile and individual game stat pages should be working. Also, make sure you're using Complete mode, as I haven't fixed Compact mode to work with Time Machine yet.

All I have said was that youre overreacting completely to having to re-enter stats.
Bitching that WE dont care because YOU dont have some of the games anymore is not viable after a) we have already unbanned you and b) when you DONT TELL US THIS PRIOR TO STATING THAT STAT RE-ENTRY DOES NOT TAKE LONG. And c) Gerbil went and specifically went and fixed the time machine JUST FOR YOU AND YOUR OLD PAGES ONLY so that you can go and get said old stats anyway.

Time Machine updates: I've fixed most of the issues in Complete View, so it should now show the correct ranks for Overall classes. Compact View still hasn't been updated.
Also, I fixed the member class view so it cuts off ranksnaps that are after the time machine setting. (Before, it'd cut off stats from after the time machine setting, but not ranksnaps, so you'd see additional rankings that were from after the time machine setting.)

While I'm not going to do a backround check on Rolken, I am going to say that he is the most sensible person here. I also know that you agree with me too.
Put that little statement next to RPG's post and try making sense out of that. Who is more in the right, RPG or Rolken? The answer is obviously Rolken. Even Shadowfan mentioned Rolken's statement but the topic was abandoned right after he said that. Looking back at the topic again I can sympathize that listening to people who are basically morons is bad. However, look at the voting. Here are the results:
No: 1
Yes: 12
Yes if he does not calculate scores: 2
Total No: 1
Total yes: 14
What this is telling me is that 14 morons voted yes and were ignored which left ks8 banned for as long as he was. At most there were 6 or 7 morons at that time while the rest of the voters were pretty much accepted by TSC.
While ks8 is unbanned now, would he really have been unbanned if this topic was not created? I think you know the answer.
My next question, where does this leave us? Does it leave us with an incapable staff that lets its own personal feelings affects its decisions? Does it leave us with a real sign that TSC is dieing? Does it leave us with a large mistake made on our parts that would not have come to light if this topic did not happen?
Now I'm going to tell you what I'm thinking right now which is that I'm expecting posts that will try to save face or try and refute some points. While some points may be refuted, you can not deny that it hits a mark or two.

a.) GerbilSoft just told me in irc that elecmouse and mew22 only had the same ip block; as such, there was no evidence twoards their being the same person except accidentally misinterpreted numbers.
b.) Damnit, KS8, I can understand if you're upset. However, you have multiple moderators defending your unbanning, you had gerbilsoft fix a site capability FOR YOU AND YOU ALONE, you had fairly unanimous agreement that your situation was handled poorly, you had -everything- TSC could give you to compensate. And you continued to complain. This is probably adding logs to the fire, but can you seriossly let it go? or keep your anger to yourself? Continually bitching to us because of something we have already admitted to being wrong about does nothing except angering everyone, yourself included.

3.) Rolken is a smart guy. Rolken is a very informed guy.
Rolken is -not- a perfect guy.
It is extremely illogical to agree with rolken every time -just- because of his status as extremely intelligent. He makes mistakes, and you should critically examine things by yourself before coming ot a conclusion. Claiming that 'Rolken beats RPG', in spite of whatever point is being made, is a terrible thing to do.
4.) It was not the poll in and of itself that brought KS8 back to TSC. You think that the poll was the reason that he was unbanned. I can guarantee you that Mike didn't just look at the poll, ee the yes votes, and unban KS8 based on popular opinion.
What brought KS8 issues back into the mainstream and ultimately unbanned him was the heavy amount of attention he was getting. The poll was a part of that, but it wasn't the end means at all. RPG was correct in saying that yes votes on a poll don't unban people. They didn't unban KS8. Increased attention (leading to increased moderator analysis) brought KS8 back.

Face it, if you guys really did analyze the situation then he would not have been unbanned by mike on July 3rd. Mike even says ks8's unbanning was something he did on his own without going through anyone about it.

After reviewing the facts, it would appear that this proof video only came up many months after elecmouse was banned. I haven't been able to get Gerbil to find the old times that elecmouse submitted, but there's no proof so far that they were even the same times. So I say it carries little to no weight right now anyway.
Multiple accounts, as you said, has been discussed and thrown out. (SJ, if you would kindly leave this point alone...)

Mike: I thought of that when I was making a case against him but, it left a lot of things unanswered. As in, Gerbil told me he didn't remember what the stats were exactly but that they were sonic rush stats. I recall SM stepping in and telling me he submitted around two bs stats. However it still left the question about what were the bs stats.
He got his SD at around Febuary-March but held off on providing a video for who knows what (youtube doesn't keep track of days). I disagree with carrying almost no weight as it carries a lot of weight. It shows that he can in fact make videos. All thats left is finding the bs stats which at this point could be anything (Edit: Time Machine?). Heck as far as kept records, there is nothing that says he was bsing stats in the first place (kept records though).

He got his SD at around Febuary-March but held off on providing a video for who knows what (youtube doesn't keep track of days). I disagree with carrying almost no weight as it carries a lot of weight. It shows that he can in fact make videos. All thats left is finding the bs stats which at this point could be anything (Edit: Time Machine?). Heck as far as kept records, there is nothing that says he was bsing stats in the first place (kept records though).
I didn't hold back on my proof. Does anyone know what it's like to have a 98 with dial up.
First I sent all my screenshots to GerbilSoft, but he can't make up his mind on his own and couldn't get them off his Wii >_>.
Then I tried using my sisters MAC, which for some reason it just didn't work.
Just this June I upgraded to XP (still use the same comp though). And I provided my proof some day after that.

also I think I still have whatever photos elecmouse sent me for some reason (like it would have helped), if I didn't erase them that is. Also I don't think you can take photos off of your wii, either that or something you couldn't do with them.

Ok, in what way can i be unbanned. I no i have submitted TWO bs stats, but there was a problem, I can't believe I put them in myself. I don't know if i was goofing around with submitting or not (seeing as how this was a long time ago). I have evolved to a higher level than before.
I promise to everyone in TSC that I will behave myself. I have learned the ways of TSC and with that knowledge I pledge to be good and not submit anymore BsStats. If I submit a stat I be sure it is in the correct place. And if I somehow break a record, I vow to somehow prove it. Even if I have to show Groudon that stat. If Groudon can believe that score then it is approved and deemed acceptable.
I wanna be fair to everyone in TSC. Just Please! I need a nother chance.
If I break the rules again and get banned then I will leave TSC submissions. Then I can deal with only Chatroom and Forum.
But it isn't gonna come to that anymore. I am telling you from my own heart and I ain't paid to say this (>_>).
If I get a second chance it'll make me happy. I promise and vow to be on my best behavior around here. That's my nindo! MY NINJA WAY!

I would upload those videos from my sister's laptop (when I got a chance) or from mew22's computers. None of those were from my 98.

What exactly does Windows 98 have to do with slow uploads? I'm pretty sure that Windows 98 can saturate at least a 10 Mbps network (1.25 MB/s).

Until recently when I got XP, my computer had no way to connect to a router. Now we just bought something at Future Shop to connect.

This disadvantage in this case being that it looks pretty certain it's a typo - and let us not forget there are some seriously pwn players with the odd stat that trips the BS detector. In any case, this one seems like a case of being a little too trigger happy, unless I'm missing something?

I'm still curious as to why elecmouse101 is still banned. There has been plenty of evidence to support his unbanning. Him and mew are two different people which rules out multiple accounts. When GS mentioned one of the "BS stats", it turned out that it was a meer typo. That adds evidence that he wasn't BSing. I know the proof came late however it still came.
