Title: Tournament 1/2: More testing (Winner: SBW)

What I'll need:
* Volunteers from each existing subsite to run tournaments in their area of expertise

So, um, yeah. MK and RPG aren't making any moves on TUSC's behalf, so I'm picking up the slack again. Despite the fact that TUSC's probably gonna be deleted due to lack of interest on the part of TSCers, I'm trying anyway. I'm basically looking for eight people who aren't total 2D Sonic gods who think they might compete against other amateurs, knowing that there likely won't be total blowouts of n00b vs. pro. 2D's the basis yet again, as with yse's tournament, but seeing as this is a "TUSC" tournament I'll be throwing in some unofficial mods because any moron can memorize the official release's layouts after a while. Also, it won't all entirely be based on playing the games with in-game restrictions such as "get this many rings in this much time"; I've got some different ideas that will hopefully keep things interesting. I'll give more details when I see some interest.

Oh, and I will be doing eliminations k >_>, as people who fall too far behind in the standings tend to get bitchy. :P

Agan, so, um, yeah, volunteers plz.

I... dunno. The only 2D Sonic game I'm good at is CD.
And I know Sonic 1 a bit. But I'm not really good at it.

IF THERE'S A LOT OF SONIC 2 AND 3 AND KNUCKLES, I WON'T ENTER. D:

Bitchin', eight people! If you're on this list, you've posted here. Speak within the next few hours if you're welching, or forever hold your peace.

RPG
Achlys
genus
PPA
Paragod
Spinny
JBertolli
Groudon

I'll go into the tourney format a little bit. Understand that many things are still in the planning stage, becuase I was expecting it to take much more time to garner interest.
The tourney will be largely formatted like yse's, only that I will be eliminating some of you early on (NOT every round, no worries just yet), and you won't have a week for the challenge. So as with mike's I'll start by giving a tiny bit of detail on the tasks, only I WON'T reveal the actual task until the groups decide what they want, and they're ready to do the actual competing. It's first-come-first-serve, rather than everybody coming to an accord on challenges with other groups. This should stop people from crooning over their best games. I'm gonna make this thing short and sweet, so pairs of competitors will have to meet me in chat, tell me they are ready, and THEN I'll give the challenge and the time frame you have to complete it (between an hour and a day, most likely). Both players will submit at the same time, so this'll allow posting the file in this topic rather than private e-mailing.

There's a chance that I might be on my desktop later on tonight (three hours or so from now) and able to upload the files needed for each person's challenge. If so, then some of you might get started soon. For now, here's the skinny on the first challenge.

Pairs'll be RPG/Groudon, Achlys/JBertolli, genus/Spinny, and PPA/Paragod. This challenge'll put you all on some of the fastest courses I've seen in Sonic games. The first choice will be the most familiar to all of you, but the rest might not be so familiar. You'll simply have to TA the required levels, and best time wins. All challenge options have a time frame of one hour from the time I give you the go-ahead. Here are your choices:

1. This TA takes place on a level I'm sure you've seen before many, many times. RPG MSN'd me about a minute after the challenge rules went up saying he and Groudon came to an accord on 1.
2. This TA is possibly the fastest level of the four options. Chosen by genus and Spinny.
3. This TA is a bit emo but fun nevertheless. Reserved for JB and Achlys.
4. This TA is a result of shameless plugging on my behalf. Process of elimination, Paragod and PPA are doing this.

Pairs should decide what sounds most appealing to them quickly lest another pair get it first. If you decide on your task while I'm not in chat, PM it to me and specify a backup in case you're not the first PM. Again, I'll upload the necessary files ASAP for everybody.

You're not supposed to know yet. You and PPA were to meet up in chat, an instant messenger, or whatever, and decide which of the four task descriptions sounded like the one you wanted to do. However, you two were the only pair that didn't pick one, so by process of elimination you two were given task 4.

You and PPA need to meet me in a chat channel (I'm in #soniccenter, #TUSC, and the official tourney channel #chaotix) when you're both ready to start the challenge at the same time. I recommend doing it soon, becuase when I head to college on Tuesday I'll have much less time in chat and it'll be harder to meet me. When you meet me, I'll tell you what ROM you'll be using (you do know how to use Gens+, right?) and the task. All tasks in this challenge have a time frame of one hour to be done. You'll submit your run before that hour is over.

^I'll try that, but I won't be here most all weekend due to working 12-hour shifts. I'll have to get somebody to assign the tasks to you for me. Paragod, you should really PM PPA or something as you haven't been in chat since... well, ever, pretty much.
Title: Re: Tournament 1/2: More testing
Post by: Thorn on August 24, 2007, 03:27:56 pm
Okay, RPG's going to be gone all next week, which was likely when I'd start Round 2. This obviously causes problems. Since he can't be held responsible for the four competitors that are lagging behind, I'm announcing Round 2 today. RPG had been given first choice of challenge and partner because of his upcoming absence, which is fair in my regards since he got his prior challenge out of the way first. If you and your partner have not done Round 1, you may do it individually now by meeting me in chat, as we cannot wait much longer if we want this to be a speedy tourney.

The skinny on Round 2:
You may choose your partner right now assuming you have already completed your Round 1 challenge, and that your choice of partner has already completed his. If you want to partner with somebody still playing Round 1, you'll hafta wait on him. The category this time around is a TSC favorite, Power Abuse. The tasks are...

1. This one implies power more than the rest but ultimately becomes a battle to stay alive. Time alloted is 90 minutes. Spinny wants this one, but doesn't have a partner. Feel free to claim it as well.
2. This is a scavenger hunt on a much grander scale than SA2 has in its levels. Time alloted is 2 hours.
3. This challenge is a much smaller scavenger hunt than the last, yet at the same time much larger. Time alloted is 1 hour. RPG and Achlys claimed this one so that RPG could compete before leaving. Trust me, the rest of you wouldn't have wanted it anyway.
4. This one is just lol. Like, shoopar lol. Time alloted is 30 minutes. PPA and Groudon took this one.

Okay, choose partners, choose tasks, and start haphazardly guessing the tasks' meanings.

wow so your going to start round 2 and you won't even tell me my god forsaken level huh well fine whatever this contest is so stupid anyway you give us stupid hints "shame less plugging" and you expect us to figure out what level your talking about or something whilst ignoring my pm's kindly telling you someone banned me from your chat so I can't come on and that I want to know my level.

i am not signing up for round 2 or round 99 for that matter because its stupid how you can't even answer my question. I can understand it if werent online at all or something but I saw you online like 5 hours after I sent you the pm and you were online for atleast 30 mins so don't tell me you could not take 5 seconds to pm me two words that would be my level... you say we have to be on at the same time whats the point, I used to stay up all night which is PPA'a daytime I guess but not anymore so it coudln't hurt for you to give us the task seperately because you can trust that I would not spend more than an hour on it.  either way you probably just intetionally ignored me for god knows why but whatever, if you don't care I won't care either because i'm not gunna sit here and be tortured anticipating what exciting level i'll be playing against PPA in while you sit there not telling anything to me

Well Actually heres my entry because what comes to my mind when I here shameless plugging is a bathtub, which has water in it so I played the Hydro City Act 2 and got 3:31 first try can you beat that PPA bring it on...

Okay, Paragod, since your entire post is about me not answering your PM, lemme address that...

I never got a PM from you, asswipe. My Inbox has nothing with your nick on it.

Don't assume I deliberately ignored you without checking to see if you typoed my nick first. That's why I never answered any questions, because I never got any questions. I also see that in another topic you say F-man didn't address your PMs; same problem perhaps? But it seems it's too late for me to change your mind now, seeing as you don't care to be in"round 2 or round 99 for that matter because its stupid".

So, anybody else care to sub in for our resignee?

^So what I'm doing now is that you don't hafta do this at the same time as your opponent. If you meet me in chat and you're ready, I'll spill the beans on the task and your time will start. The idea of "same time" was just to make it so that by no freak coincidence would one person find out the task early while the other player would learn it right beofre doing it. I'll be using /msg to convey the task rather than the channel if you do it individually, and if you're stupid enough to tell your opponent the task... well, iono.

In terms of assigning somebody, I can't think of anybody not competing that would care enough to assist me. Also I'd hafta write up the rules in advance for the challenges so that said person would convey exactly what I wanted.

Okay, I have seven submissions for Round 1 and two for Round 2. Just a quick update here.

After genus submits and Round 1 ends, I'll announce the point totals (as well as how they were calculated) and task descriptions, so you know what your comrades were up against. Round 2 is already under way, and be aware that I'm booting the bottom two players after this round (I also have a tiebreaker in mind should it be needed). That's not to say you're not participating at all if you're eliminated, I'm considering mimicking genus's Mario Kart tourney and giving you some say in the final results. Since random gibberish has worked its way into the topic, here's a repeat of the Round 2 post so you don't have to hunt for it.

2. This is a scavenger hunt on a much grander scale than SA2 has in its levels. Time alloted is 2 hours.JB's doing this, as is Rick.
3. This challenge is a much smaller scavenger hunt than the last, yet at the same time much larger. Time alloted is 1 hour. RPG and Achlys claimed this one so that RPG could compete before leaving for holiday. Trust me, the rest of you wouldn't have wanted it anyway.
4. This one is just lol. Like, shoopar lol. Time alloted is 30 minutes. Requested by PPA and Groudon.

Okay, choose partners, choose tasks, and start haphazardly guessing the tasks' meanings.

Alrighty, Round 1's finally over. I'll present the results first, then the scoring. Links are provided to ROMs that are not already on the TSC forums somewhere.

Challenge 1: Sonic 1 MegaMix - TA run of Starry Night 1-3 with any character.
          Target - 4:00:00
          RPG - 3:03:76
          Groudon - 3:49:93
Challenge 2: Tohaka v0.21 (http://info.sonicretro.org/images/1/19/Tohaka_v0.21.zip) - TA run of Chemical Plant 1 (note: level select is still 19 65 09 17). Finding an emerald on the course was good for 10 seconds off of your final time.
          Target - 1:20
          Spinny - 1:13
          genus - 1:19
Challenge 3: Project Shadow 2 (http://info.sonicretro.org/images/d/d0/Project_Shadow_2_Demo_4_%28v1.00%29.zip) - With level select (10 10 10 10) active, TA run of Midnight Hill 1-2, followed by pausing and pressing A after act 2, then returning to the level select and a TA run of Bonus 1 (Casino Night 1).
          Target - 4:30
          JB - 5:18
          Achlys - 3:50
Challenge 4: Sonic Turbo - TA run of Construction 2 (level select is 20 03 10 23), finishing with at least 100 rings.
          Target - 1:20
          PPA - 1:14
          Rick - 1:07

Competitors were awarded two points for meeting the target (notice yse's doing this with his new tourney now? :P )and an additional two for beating his/her rival. Therefore...

Scoreboard after R1
RPG - 4
Rick - 4
Achlys - 4
Spinny - 4
Groudon - 2
PPA - 2
genus - 2
JB - 0

Also, a few ambitious folk have started on Round 2. A pair has already finished a challenge. Conveniently, the pair that did this challenge was comprised of the two who most enjoyed the game, sparing the rest of you some torture.

Challenge 3: Chaotix *groan* - Scavenger hunt to open as many Grow boxes as possible within two acts. Due to the unfamiliarity of the game, I suggested some (but not the only) good levels beforehand - Techno Tower 2, Introduction, Isolated Island 4.
          Target - 4
          RPG - 3
          Achlys - 4

For those of you who bombed Round 1, never fear! I kept the challenges under wraps for a reason. You can earn one point in a round by meeting the target in another challenge from the round AFTER you have submitted for your own challenge, regardless of the amount of time it takes you. If you didn't meet the target on your own challenge, you can redo it for one additional point, and you are permitted to perform challenges from previous rounds that you have not done as well. Granted, I can't stop you from doing other challenges before you do your assigned one, but I won't grade it until you do, and a round is over the instant the final submission for an assigned challenge is in. Therefore, the sooner you finish your own challenge, the more chances for points you have before the elimination... the first of which being after Round 2, when I will toss the bottom two from the tournament, possibly with an epic tiebreaker if people are on the bottom tier together.

Now go knock yourselves out... or, the other players, whichever suits your fancy.

Actually the lol part is that I smashed Rick's face in his assigned challenge.

ATTACHED GIZ's:
MegaMix Starry Night TA (3:35:59 if I did my math right) [take 2]
Turbo Construction 2 100 Ring TA (0:53. Bitch.)

^ Ignore the crazy person, folks.

Anyway, this round is drawing to a close. genus has been given his challenge, but due to a situation out of his control, I have given him the chance to do one more attempt at it (meaning no restarting the run if it's awful or he Game Overs), and he's said that today is the most likely day he'd be able to do it. Groudon needs to do his challenge, which is only 30 minutes long. After these two submit, the round is over and the lowest two are eliminated, with a tiebreaker if necessary (which at the moment seems unlikely, because the two people currently on the chopping block aren't making any attempt to catch up). If there is not a tiebreaker, I will still open up the tiebreaker challenge for one point.

If/when you are eliminated, please meet me in chat so I can ask you some questions and give you some directions, because as with genus' MK:DS tourney, I want to give you some say in the tourney's outcome. The rest of the remaining competitors can start speculating now.

ROUND OVER PPLZ

Here's the happenings of Round 2:

Challenge 1: The S Challenge (http://www.pu7o.org/hax/theschallenge.bin) - Survival run to get as far as possible in the game. Ties were determined by fastest time.
          Target - Finished the game
          genus - Reached Marble 3
          Spinny - Finished the game
Challenge 2: Sonic 1: Emerald Power (http://www.logotypes.se/sonic/S1_EMERP.BIN) - Scavenger hunt to find as many emeralds as possible. Three are hidden in each act.
          Target - 20
          JB - 13
          Rick - 28
Challenge 3: Chaotix *groan* - Scavenger hunt to open as many Grow boxes as possible within two acts. Due to the unfamiliarity of the game, I suggested some (but not the only) good levels beforehand - Techno Tower 2, Introduction, Isolated Island 4.
          Target - 4
          RPG - 3
          Achlys - 4
Challenge 4: Sonic 2 Shoopar Challenge (TUSC forums) - Play the challenge through Aquatic Ruin 2 as fast as possible.
          Target - 5:00
          PPA - Forfeit
          Groudon - 4:08

Some people did challenges on the side for one point as well.

Scoreboard After R2
Rick - 11
Spinny - 10
Achlys - 8
RPG - 6
Groudon - 6
genus - 2
PPA - 2
JB - 0

This means that JB is eliminated, and genus and PPA must face off in a tiebreaker to avoid elimination. I'll be PMing everybody but these two a link to the ROM. You may do the enclosed challenge for one point, as with most every other challenge. genus and PPA will either ask me or another competitor to start the challenge. The competitor should give them the rules and ROM link and check the time, and see that a post with a .giz appears in this topic within an hour.

For Round 3, you will anonymously pick your challenge by sending your request to me. First come, first serve. I'll mark off a challenge once it's claimed by two people. There will be another elimination after this round as well, of two people (we're letting people loose quickly, I know :P). The theme this time around is... TUSC.

EDIT: Since all challenges are claimed, now you can see who you're with. The idea was that I didn't want anybody to follow specific players around.
Categories are:

RPG (no, it's not a drinking game) RPG and Rick claimed this challenge.
Achlys (paranoia not necessary to play) Achlys and Groudon claimed this challenge.
Sondow (note that this challenge requires two rubber bands IRL... I think you know where this is going.) Spinny and genus get this one by not having picked before the others were claimed. Fate seems to keep drawing Spinny and genus together...

In the interest of aiding mike's tourney, I'm following suit with him and imposing a one-week deadline from the initial time of this post. Three weeks per round due to one or two procrastinators is just bullshit. Now get started, tourney pplz.

Okay, so according to this (http://www.soniccenter.org/forum/index.php?topic=2631.msg27801#msg27801), genus is moving through to Round 3 by default. Of course, this means that his mutual attraction to Spinny in each round lives on. The tiebreaker challenge can still be used for one point despite it not being necessary. The problem comes in that I needed PPA to assist with a few after-tourney shenanigans, so for those I might fill the gap myself, or I might have another anonymous user help me out.

Also, I'm sure you noticed, but I'm emphasizing the end of my last post. There's a deadline this time around, so if you're going to procrastinate, make sure that you're capable of submitting by that time.

Okay, seeing as the first time I posted point totals was halfway to an elimination, and we are now halfway between the last and next ones, here's an update for you. The current standings:

RPG - 14
Rick - 11, but has not completed Round 3
Spinny - 11, but has not completed Round 3
Groudon - 10
Achlys - 10
genus - 2, but has not completed Round 3

Now for something unorthodox! Since I'm such a nice guy, I'll toss you the ROM that'll be the basis for Round 4 so you can checkl it out beforehand. Special thanks to Team MegaMix (yes, I mean Team MegaMix, you may be excited if you wish) for this ROM, and BIG kudos to Sonic 65 for the release. Here (http://www.mediafire.com/?dytrghzmj2m)'s the ROM, enjoy. You may comment on likes/dislikes here, but do not give away the contents of the ROM: I want every challenger to be on even footing.

Round 3 is over! Here's the challenges:

Challenge 1: RPG's Hoax Spotting Topic - Examine the preceding three pictures and find the 10 modifications that were made from the original games. Find Thorn on irc://irc.surrealchat.net and /msg him answers, or PM him.
          Target - 6
          RPG - 4
          Rick - 5
Challenge 2: S3&K Master Edition (http://download.yousendit.com/866A428B0FEAFCA6) (because Achlys hacks S3&K, get it?) - Progress through Angel Island 1 as far as possible with any character.
          Target - Reach the boss
          Groudon - Reached the boss
Achlys - "Game Over"ed just before the last checkpoint before the boss.
Challenge 3: Sonic 1 MegaMix - The setup for Sondow's challenge was a bit complicated; kudos to Sondow for taking this challenge in stride. On your left hand, curl your ring and middle fingers to your palm; this should bring your thumb knuckle into your pointer knuckle backwards. Use a rubber band to keep this hand this way. One the other hand, curl all except the pointer and middle finger, and lay the extended middle finger over the extended pointer finger. Use the other band to hold this position. Without moving the bands or bending your left wrist, clear Sunset Hill 1-3 as any character.
          Target - 3:30:00
          Spinny - 2:51:53
genus - In a moment of "wtf?", managed to download an old version of the game, with shorter levels. DQ'd.

This brings the point totals to:
Rick - 15
Spinny - 15
RPG - 14
Groudon - 10
Achlys - 10
genus - 5

On that note, genus...
YOU GOT BANHAMMERED

So long. Between Achlys and Groudon, we await an epic tiebreaker, which I will send via PM again. Achlys has already done his run, and Groudon has said he will do his around Sunday night. I will get Round 4 started when they are done, as it is a bit dependent on who moves on.

EDIT: Almost forgot... how many of you bastards did I RickRoll with the old ROM link? Sonic 65 is a fucking genius. Achlys knew this prank, but I know I got Spinny and RPG, and I was laughing my ass off the entire time. X) Even now that you know that's not the Round 4 ROM, you should still check it out just because it's epic.

Oh no, a hammer!

Next tournament I run that you enter and lose, I'm posting that.

Anyways, that would have been so great if, out of nowhere, I managed to pass Groudon and Achlys. I didn't really have much time to do challenges and TSC went down at the worst moment for me, preventing me from raking in bonus points. And then in a nonsensical twist I downloaded the wrong version of Megamix, so it wouldn't have mattered anyways.

You should ask Thorn for my playthrough of the Shoopar challenge, where I make target with a second to spare.

Moving on, 5 being the most observations for the continuity errors in the pictures is pretty bad. I got 9/10 in a comparable timeframe, missing the final because I didn't spell it out. And I know Thorn is going to post this, and so I'll preempt him!

<genus>  the '0' for rings is solid
<genus> when it should be flashing
<Thorn> wrong
<Thorn> it's a still shot you tard

But I mean come on, people say dumb things in charades and pictionary all the time.

Title: Re: Tournament 1/2: More testing

Okay, in all honesty I don't feel like waiting on Groudon to satisfy his Guitar Hero 3 urges. It's one of those things that you think'll last a day, but stretches out into a week.

Up until now, there have been 21 points available in the tournament. Submissions for extra points would trickle into me on rare occasions - usually when Rick, Spinny, and RPG got into a war for the lead. I didn't receive much from those about to be eliminated, which struck me as strange. This semi-final round should change that, as it gives you the opportunity to almost triple that 21 - there's a whopping 40 points available to every player this round.

First off, everybody will have the exact same challenge assigned to him, but there will still be more than one challenge provided, and there will be no time limits. As before, the final round will commence after each player submits for that assigned challenge. The other challenges, however, will be worth a whopping five points each. Therefore, if you don't go out of your way to do extra challenges, you'll fall far enough behind that your odds of winning with the final are slim.

The theme for this round's unassigned challenges is... well, I don't really have a catchy name for it. Basically, as most of you know, the ROM I sent for the Round 2 tiebreaker was from a four-person project I was once part of, but was evicted from (and after this, another member voluntarily left). The remaining pair recently released what they have now. I set up the ROM I sent for this tourney, so it'll be the basis for most of these, but I modified one challenge from its original plan to accommodate the new release. The unassigned challenges are:

- In the old ROM, in Lush Lagoon 1 after pressing B at the title screen, collect 30000 points within a minute game time. End-of-act bonuses count.
- In the old ROM, in Lush Lagoon 3 after pressing B at the title screen, become invincible within 15 seconds. Do not become vulnerable again until destroying (delivering eight hits to) the boss.
- In the old ROM, in Marble 1 after pressing B at the title screen, finish the act having collected 275 non-regenerating rings. (I will watch the runs carefully for rings collected twice, and subtract them from the total).
- In the new ROM (http://forums.sonicretro.org/index.php?showtopic=9592), clear Angel Lake 1-3 in 4:00 game time.

For your assigned challenge, which is worth up to TWENTY POINTS, consort with the following in chat to get the details. Each person reflects who you screwed over the most.
- Spinny should check with genus.
- Rick should check with JB.
- RPG should check with Sondow, who is subbing for PPA due to his leaving the Internet except to post doodles. I know RPG never played PPA... things just didn't pair up very smoothly. :P
- The winner of the Achlys / Groudon tiebreaker obviously screws over the loser, so I'll give the details to the loser when that tiebreaker ends. You can do the other challenges in the meantime.

Okay, more unforeseen circumstances have changed the flow of the tournament again.

Rick, once in the lead, appears to have fallen off of the Internet until December. RPG, once pushing for the lead, had openly told mike and I that he's stopped giving a fuck about the tournaments and we can't dissuade him from ignoring submissions. This, of course, means that Spinny and Achlys move through to the final round by default.

The final round isn't quite prepared yet, as I need input from every eliminated player (well, every one that can use the Internet) and I have yet to contact them all. It is possible for Spinny or Achlys to win at any time, even if bonus challenges are done between now and the final round to make a huge gap between you all.  This is actually the case at the moment...

Spinny - 27
Achlys - 11

...however, points WILL help you in the final round, so if you want a good shot at winning, do some challenges between now and then.

I will post again when the challenge is set up and you two can compete in it. I need you both to take on the challenge at the same time... it's damned lucky you two are on together frequently. You may begin speculations now.

Okay, this thing's really gotta get moving. I'm close enough to ready to say that the finals can go ahead... I'll make stuff up on the spot if I'm not done when Achlys and Spinny want to compete. I need both of them to agree on a time to do the tourney (I'd allow two hours for it, although it could be shorter), and I need to be able to show for it as well. Here's my availability for the next few days (all times are EST):

Title: Tournament 1/2: More testing -- Post not 56k-friendly
Post by: Thorn on November 26, 2007, 12:14:22 am
Okay, I had formatted this entire thing, at which point Firefox proceeded to exit my tab and kill the entire page-long post. >_> So here's the short version, because I'm not typing it all up again. I apologize for losing the epicness to a browser crash.

The final challenge was a 50-act speedrun, done on acts suggested by other TSCers. Since Spinny led by 15 points, he was given a 15-minute head start. Of course, the results mean nothing, because Achlys didn't submit. Therefore to Spinny, the winner, I present a sig banner to patch up his fail sig.

To the 2nd and 3rd place players, Achlys and Rick, I present little trophy-lookin' things.

(http://img510.imageshack.us/img510/1397/award1achlys2qd2.gif) (http://img129.imageshack.us/img129/1779/award1rick2jl8.gif)
This is as close to "Unofficial Sonic" that this TUSC tourney has gotten.

At this point in the awards creation I was having fun with Fireworks and decided to make a pic for whomever assisted me most in the tourney. This turned out to be Achlys -- he helped me nag Rick and RPG as well as give out challenges to others. Therefore I give a nonsensical pic as a prize.

On the opposite end of the spectrum is the guy who only wants to trash the tourney. genus made an honest attempt to get paired with Spinny for the second time in a row in round two, and due to future circumstances they was paired up four consecutive times, giving Spinny easy points and a ticket to the finals. His home life situation made scheduling tourney rounds take WEEKS. To him I present a different nonsensical pic.

Lastly, a pic to my fellow Dela-where? native, JBertolli, as a sign of "you kept chugging for as long as you could, but you were just too fuckin' weak".

To everyone else who dropped out without trying... you get zilch, and screw you all. Comments are welcome, and to whoever runs the next tourney, may it run better than mine and mike's .:P
