Couple of days ago i hit 120,060 on Huge Crisis act 1. I feel so special.

Wow.  Next, you should try for over 120k with Blaze.

Umm... the difficulty was at Normal, right?

uh, difficulty only applies to boss battles.

I may try for blaze next, if I can stand her. I havent used her in soooooo long.

According to the new rules, Easy difficulty is no longer allowed in any submissions.

is the same? that what you were going to say? Because I totally agree with you.  there is no difference in time bonus between normal and easy. any other reason why I should use normal?

I said the time bonus cap, meaning the cap is different.  This started over SDM complaining that I mentioned using Easy difficulty in my Exception guide, which got the rule changed to disallow Easy difficulty on all charts.

well I just did a test on both settings, and 2:20 is the cap on that level, both difficulties. and you get 85000 for getting under 2:20

Well, doesn't matter to me, since difficulty doesn't change any level content whatsoever. just bosses. so it should be changed to Bosses normal difficulty only.

In all Advances, Easy mode removes enemies from the level layout. I would assume the same occurs in Rush.

As far as I'm concerned, it's pretty clear that you should be using default settings (ie. normal mode) in the first place.

I can verify that statement.

Easy Mode - Huge Crisis 1 - in 2:23: 80k Time Bonus
Normal Mode - Huge Crisis 1 - 2:23: 80k Time Bonus

Thus I'd say the rules should be amended once more, granting exception to ring and score divisions only, however still applying to bosses (and bosses in score division).

EDIT: Just to make clear again, there aren't any differences whatsoever in the levels' difficulty themselves. Only Bosses' AI's and number of hits change.
