Title: Sonic 2 queries

Two things:

1. Is Cybrax' trick on Chemical Plant 2 allowed?

2. If yes, does this set the precedent for other Sonic + Tails tricks to follow - eg. Metropolis nut/bolt things?

Let's face it, abuse for score attack purposes is just too fiddly to be of use. All that is needed is a rule similar to that for Knuckles Chaotix (ie. Tails cannot be controlled by the player) and there should be no problems.

The rule has always been that Sonic or Tails alone must be used, why should that change now?

Ring Divisions
Entering a Special Stage with Sonic or Tails is allowed (but not advised, since it resets your rings to 0). With Knuckles, it isn't.

I don't see where it says that CF.  I know it says "Sonic" on the rankings, but I was under the impression that people were using Tails for that as well as both.

If using both (without controlling Tails) isn't allowed, I need to redo all my Sonic 2 rankings.  If that is so, though, why didn't someone pull me up over my CN1 video?  Anyway, it could use clarification.

Okay, so apparently its single character only.  Having redone all my Sonic levels I'd like to ask that this gets included in the official rules so nobody makes the same mistake as me.

For reference, the whole one-character thing was an old rule that I suppose was assumed knowledge until now.

I suppose it better get put back in the rules... or else just allow it cause it'll probably happen again regardless.

Wait, it's not in the rules? I call BS. As in it should be in the rules.

Also I think the rules and games list generally needs to be ordered better than 'the order they were added in'.

the default is sonic and tails, if i were to turn on my game and play it would be sonic and tails not just sonic. i win

I do think the S+T advantages in Metropolis and CP 2 should be worth something on some chart.

Rules amended. The rules list does need better organization.
